In order to augment the Inwardly courage (and mettle), Spiritual Taufeeq and the power and strength of heart, concentration and consolidation that is, keeping one's Tasawwar (Visualization) and Tafakkur united, combined and cohesive is very much essential and necessary thing. This thing is called 'Concentration' in English. On this is based upon the whole Spiritual Progress and on this same is dependent upon the Total Inwardly Salook. Moreover, according to a formulate principle and established rule, the unity and unification of thoughts and contemplations is a source of increasing the power and Inwardly Strength of heart. And the dispersion and disunity of thoughts is a cause of the weakness of heart same as in a magnifying lens, when the rays of sun fall on a point after having focused and concentrated, there such a hotness and heat is produced which can burn an insect etcetera and when the same rays are passed through it unfocussed and scattered, these are not left with same hotness and temperature. Hence, keeping heart focused upon the Tauheed and Wahdat is as if is increasing the power and strength of the heart and indulging it in the Realm of Multiplicity is losing and wasting its power and strength.

 

Allah Almighty says: O fellows! Are divided lords better, or Allah the One, the Mighty? (12:39)

 

Islam and Islamic Tasawvuf emphasize upon the Intention by heart and its concentration and focus for all religious affairs and Fundamentals of Faith and enjoin upon and advise for this.

 

Actions depend upon intentions.

 

That is, the rejection or acceptance or validity or invalidity of an action depends upon the Intention. That is, if intention of heart is just for the cause of Allah, then the action is acceptable and if intention of an action is inclining and return to some worldly or carnal aim, then that action is rejected and banished near Allah. That is why it has come:

 

Assalaat (Prayers) is not (complete) if there is no Hazoori of Qalb during it.

 

That is, Assalaat (Prayers) does not become correct and valid unless heart is linked with Allah during Assalaat (Prayers). Same like this, in entire Fundamentals of Islam, it has be declared compulsory and obligatory that one's heart should be with Allah and returning to Him so that every deed and every act, the heart should be inclined and returning towards Allah Almighty's Essence and should be preoccupied and drowned in His Visualization and Tafakkur.

And this very thing of the focus of heart, consolidation are the means of focusing and gathering its Inwardly Senses of Visualization, Tafakkur , Tawajuh , Toham (imagination) and Tasarruf on one and same point of the Zikr of Allah and the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) and the focal point of Tauheed. This is the thing which is responsible also for increasing the Inwardly Power and Spiritual Strength of heart and Qalb and this same is the aim and objective of Islamic Tauheed and this very thing is the heart of religious and spiritual Visualization which can also be called 'Religious Concentration'. In contrast to this, those of the Hindu Yoga and those of the Mesmerism, Hypnosis and Spiritualism do the exercise of focusing their Tawajuh and Visualization on one point of supposition and fiction and for increasing the Inwardly Power. The Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) is the center of Islamic Religion and Spiritualism which is the origin and the resurrection of the entire universe and creations and has the relation and connection with the Musamma of the Eternal and Everlasting Entity of the Matchless and Unparallel Creator. But in the modes of Yoga and Mesmerism, the master of visualization cannot exceed beyond a bright thing or a dark imaginative point. The case of this Hindu Yogi and the European Mesmerist and Spiritualist becomes limited to the lower and Sifli (natural or inferior) level of the Ream of Nasoot whereas the field of progress of the Master of the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) is very enormous and infinite. Kalimah-e-Tayyeb Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah is the most important and essential element of the religion Islam and Islamic Tasawvuf upon non recitation of which the human being cannot become Muslim nor can the Course of Salook be covered without its Zikr in abundance. This very Secret is hidden in the Zikr of the Nafi and Asbaat of this Kalimah-e-Tayyeb that the Nafi of all the Baatil (False) deities and the entire fleeting objectives of the Realm of Multiplicity should be done by throwing these out of heart and the Zikr and Thought of One Original Hayyu-Qayyum the Rightful Deity of Worship be proven and established in heart. This is the original work and on this is the dependence of whole religion and spirituality.
