143-144 The
natural obedience and innate worship of all of them is included in this Five
Times Assalaat
(Prayers). Same as our respectful overlord is the superior one amongst all
the Prophets, his Ummat
is the best of all nations. And same like this, this
Ummat
has been granted by Allah
Almighty that method of worship which is better
and nice in all the methods of worship and ways of Obedience. In the Four Postures
of Standing, Bowing, Sitting and Prostrating of Assalaat, the person offering
Assalaat
makes the form of the four letters of alphabet of the word
'Allah'
is such a way that [Standing Posture like Alif, Bowing Posture like Laam, and
Prostrating Posture like Haa] and by making two Qaab-O-Qosain
of the word
'Muhammad' dislplayed by both
sides of his body in Prostrating Posture, he pays the right of 'But prostrate
yourself, and drawn near (unto Allah) (96:19)'. In
short, what is Assalaat
(Prayers)? It is the demonstration of one's Obedience
and Abudiyat
and humbleness and humility in front of his Lord of Worlds through
his heart, mind and through all organs and senses of his body. It is the
remembrance of Azal
of that Creator Lord and the thanksgiving of the
innumerable Beneficences of that Real Benefactor, and the Extol and Hymn of the
Praise of the Matchless Beauty of Lord and the acknowledgment of the Oneness of
His Everlasting Jalaal
and Highness and the cry of the dead spirit before that
Beloved of the Azal! It is the obedience of the body and soul in the sacred
court of our overlord of the Worlds and Lord of His blessing
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallamand it is the humble
token of thankfulness of one's inner goodness. It is the melancholic voice of
the music of our spirit of the Azal. It is link of Marifat
and relation of
Muhabbat
between the Waajib
and the Mumkin, Qadeem and Haadis and the Creator
and the Creation. It carries in it the Comfort (and solace) for the restless
spirit of the Azal
, it is relief for the anxious and perplexed (and puzzled)
soul in the world, it is peace of the lonely desperate heart in the grave and
it is the Order of Salvation for the afraid and scared Nafs
in the Great
Assembly. It is the result of the daily life of the human being and the fruit
of his dear existence. It feels as if there is some covered music in the depths
of heart which is being continuously played by unseen fingers with the Masti
and ecstasy of which, this natural jazz of the spirit takes birth. This is the
complete answer of the difficult question of Alastu-Be-Rabbikum {the
Day when Allah
asked the entire spirits: Am I not your Lord (7:172)}. * All
the five Fundamental Elements of Islam are the complete and comprehensive
manifestations of this worship and Zikr
of Allah
Almighty which contain so much
countless precious pearls and the regal gems of the Marifat
which if are
explained clearly and in detail individually, a separate archive for each would
be needed for each one. Therefore, we just explain here shortly to present
samples for deep understanding. Take the second Element of Islam that is the
Kalimah-e-Tayyeb. It is apparently a short phrase and an ordinary sentence and
its saying is very easy through the tongue but its reality and greatness is
immense and weighty and it's Amal
and Order prevails over the rest of the
Four-Elements. We have observed the effect of its Order of Nafi
and Asbaat
in
the Assalaat
(Prayers) that as long as the Negation of the Outsiders of Allah
is not done from thoughts and imaginations and until Allah
Almighty is not
proven and established in Visualization, the Assalaat
does not stay valid. That
is, complete observance of the Order of the Nafi
and Asbaat
of the
Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
is required and on the basis of this is the dependence of all
Assalaat. Now come toward the second Element the Fasts of Ramadhan. It is clear
that in Fasting, the Nafi
of all Carnal Pleasures and physical power is done
and these are replaced by the Inwardly
Tastes and Spiritual Foods and Powers
like Zikr
, Fikr
, Recitation
and Zikr
of Allah as Asbaat. When we concentrate upon the
philosophy and wisdom behind the Fast of Ramadhan, the cause and effect of the
Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
is seen here very clearly. Laaa-Ilaaha
Ill-Allahu
Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah:
there is none worthy of worship except Allah; Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah
(Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam).
The unwanted exercises and tastes have been barred from the earthly body in
order that the material power should be crossed by the Sword of the Laaa-Ilaaha and the
link of the spirit should be linked with Eternal Perpetual Tastes of Allah
Almighty. The complete shade of the Nafi
and Asbaat
of the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
is
seen the twenty-four hours of the Sayaam un Nehaar and the Qaaim un Lail of
Ramadhan. The process of the Nafi
of the Outsiders' Links and the Asbaat
of the
Spiritual Beneficences of the Welfare towards Allah, has been observed by us in
the two Fundamentals of Islam that is, Assalaat
and Fasts. ABOUT THE ZIKR
OF Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
(AND NAFI
AND ASBAAT): The Zikr
of Kalimah-e-Tayyeb is the superior Zikr. It is the lamp of
Selk-Salook
of the Qadiri-Sufi-Order. It has three parts: 1.
Through
Laaa-Ilaaha, Nafi
is
realized. This Nafi
is completely for all that, which is besides Allah. 2.
Through
the Ill-Allahu, the Faqeer
is Drowned
in the Wahdat and
attains the Marifat
of Ill-Allahu. With it, the Noori
body gets that ability
of flight that cannot be explained in words. He meets the Roohani
by this. 3.
Through
'Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah
(Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam is the Prophet of
Allah) is
achieved the Hazoori
of
the Holy Prophet
Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam which is the entirety (and perfection) of
the Faqar. However, just verbal recitation
of the
Kalimah-e-Tayyeb, like a parrot, grants nothing except Sawaab
as long as a
Master of Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
does not get the Seeker
read it and does not tell
him its Depth because he, who recites it with the Depth, reaches unto the
highest degrees and gains this supreme blessing and thenceforth he does not say
it through tongue but hears its recital from his Qalb. Hazrat

Rahmatu-Allahe
Ta-aala Alaihe has said in his
Punjabi couplets that there is no better elixir for heart than the
Kalimah-e-Tayyeb. Only the Kalimah e Tayyeb is the most effective balm for the
heart. The Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
removes the corrosion of polytheism, Kufr
, greed,
desire, grudge, and vanity and jealousy etcetera from the heart and washes the
pollution of the filth of Dunya
(World) from heart. On the Day of Judgment, the
Zikr
of Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
will be diamonds and rubies and jewels and the
Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
is the outlet of Marifat
in the heart of the Arif
, which has
all balms and cures. O Bahu! Here and there, in both the worlds, just
the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
