Say: though the sea became ink for the Words of my Lord, verily sea would be used up before the Words of my Lord were exhausted, even though We brought the like thereof to help (18:109)

When Allah Almighty manifested in the Realm of Multiplicity from the Realm of Unity, He illuminated towards the Caliber from the Essence and the Names were manifested through Calibers and Actions came into Issuance through Names and the Notables were shown by Actions. Hence, that kingdom in which the Names were manifested after the Calibers of Allah Almighty, it is called the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar) and the forms of the things of this kingdom are complex of the Names of Lord which are the complex of the Noori Letters. Since Allah Almighty had created this universe saying the word Kun {Be! (36:82)}, and Kun is the shade of Amar (Authority or Command), that is why this kingdom is called the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar) and since Kun {Be! (36:82)} is a Word; Hence, this universe is set up in the form of Kalimaat (Words) and same as words compile to make the text (record) and the text becomes written and inscribed on paper through liquid ink, this kingdom of wet words has been written by the Creator of the Kingdom with Pen with His Ability on a dry paper. That is why the Holy Quran has resembled the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar) with ocean and the Aalim e Khalq (creation) with land and at place, He has related the wordy kingdom of the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar) with 'Ratib' that is 'wet thing' and the Aalim e Khalq with 'Bus' that is 'dry thing' and has combined the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar) and Aalim e Khalq (Realm of Creation) giving the name 'Kitaab e Mubeen'.

Allah Almighty says: naught of wet or dry but (it is noted) in a clear record (6:59)

And the same is the meaning of compiling everything in the body of one Kaamil Human Being called 'Imaam Mubeen'.

And all things We have kept in a clear register (36:12)

Here, both the Imaam Mubeen and the Kitaab Mubeen appear to be mentioned a same thing.

And the Station of the Virtuous Spirits has also been mentioned in the Holy Quran.

Ah, what will convey unto you what Elliyyeen is! A written record. Attested by those who are brought near (unto their Lord) (83:19-20-21)

? We have already described that the things of the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar) have been given resemblance to 'wet thing' and the entire Aalim-e-Amar with ocean. Therefore, the time when Allah Almighty had not created the Realm of Khalq from the Aalim-e-Amar , that time has been mentioned in the Holy Quran like this

And He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and His Throne was upon the water (11:7)

Here also water has been referred the Subtle Kingdom of the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar) and since everything of the Dense Realm or the Realm of the Creation is alive through the ocean of the Aalim-e-Amar and its Subtle Substance, so Allah Almighty said that

And We made every living thing of water (21:30)

Although every living thing is not living just because of water, other elements are also included in its composition and in a Hadis it has come that out earth is (as if is) on the back of a bull which is standing on the back of a fish which is swimming in ocean. The Arif Master of Intuition (and insight), when sees his earthly body, it is seen carried by Nafs-e-Baheemi which resembles with a bull and this bull of the Nafs-e-Baheemi is being carried by the fish of the Ruh (Spirit) which is swimming in the ocean of the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar). And the case of part is dominant over the total. Similarly, the Inwardly Nafs-e-Baheemi of whole earth looks like a bull, which is called Dabatul Ardh (beast in world) which will become visible when earth will be destroyed on the Day of Doom and this Whole Nafs that is the Dabatul Ardh (beast in world) is standing on the fish of Ruh which is swimming on the ocean of the Realm of Command (Aalim-e-Amar). Hence, there are two parts of the Aalim-e-Amar and the scripture of the universe that the record of the Aalim-e-Amar is recorded in the Ink of the Kun {Be! (36:82)} and the Realm of Creation is like a paper for writing this record.
