I
took a bath after reaching my house and did many things in order to circumvent
the intensity of thirst but the dominance of thirst was overwhelming. I tried
much to take some sleep in the noon but due to severe desire to drink water, I
could not sleep. At last, I fell a little sleep and see that I am trying
different ways to quench my thirst in the dream and I am trying to find water
here and there. A person comes and gives me a glass of sweet juice which I
drink all. When I woke up, there was no sign of thirst as if I had drunk that
juice in wakefulness and even in the evening, I had no thirst.

, when in the very start of the stage of Haal
, chose Faqar
and gave up
studies at the college (in Lahore), and was stationing at the blessed Shrine of
my Spiritual Mentor Hazrat
Sultan Bahu
Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala

I was bitten by a snake on my foot in the night. Snake was killed by a Dervish
who was my companion. Knowing this news, some other Dervishes from the Shrine
came to see me. Some asked me if my throat has become dry or if I was feeling
dizzy etcetera. I was totally satisfied prior to their such enquiries but after
that I became worried instead. I fell asleep for some time that I saw blood
coming out of my mouth and nose and ears and my heart is bouncing with
fretfulness. A person comes towards me running and gives me a glass of a
medical syrup which I drink. Soon after drinking this glass, the blood stops
bleeding and heart becomes normal and satisfied. I woke up and asked those who
had come to enquire about my health to please go back as I was feeling better.
Thus, night passed with full peace and no effect of poison was observed.
Dervishes of the holy Shrine must be remembering this incident even today.

Similarly,
once this Faqeer
fell ill and a whitish and smelly pus started coming out of my
ear. When the cavity of my ear used to get filled by this liquid, I cleaned it
with my finger. This situation continued for some days. Due to frequent rubbing
of my finger, a place near the cavity got some hard swelling. Ear gradually
became dry but this swelling became worse and took the shape of a cone with a
tiny outlet which when was pressed, it released its pus and again it became
filled with pus. This thing was not getting recovery and severe rash and pain.
I used to remain quite restless and disturbed by this rash. I tried many
ointments but it could not pass into its hole. This had made my condition
worse. I could not sleep at night due to its ache. Finding no other way out, I
decided to test Inwardly
Treatment
for this and sought help form a Roohani
of a
grave. As:

When
you are left flabbergasted (and puzzled) in quandaries, you should seek the
help of the Ahl e Qaboor
(People-of-Graves ) [for reinforcement and support].

For
this purpose, I visited the grave of a Saint at night and read the Dawat
through the Holy Quran on it. Ilm
of Dawat
is very uncommon and dear Ilm
which
we will explain in next pages of this book. I slept after this Dawat. I saw in
my dream that a very big and advanced hospital is at that place in which a very
handsome well-dressed Doctor is sitting giving medicine to people. I also
showed him my ear and asked him for treatment. He went to a cupboard and took
out a long necked conical type flask from there and asked me to bring my ear
near to him. My ear was observed by me from a side of my eye as if fire was
burning inside the ear and a red flame like the flame at the thread of a candle
is rising from the ear and my ear is burning.
