201-202 Thus,
some nations of that time worshipped moon, sun and stars. Some worshipped
rivers, mountains and trees and made idols carved from trees and stones and
some started worshipping some big personalities and kings of their time. Even
today, some wild clans of Africa exist who are far away from the beat of time.
If we carefully study their religious history, it becomes clear that, although,
no Messenger has been sent to them nor they have been invited to any religion
by some religious leader or guide and they have never ever even head the Name
of Allah
Almighty yet a well founded and strong thought and belief of the
Creator Lord and Rightful Deity exists in them and they worship it in one way
or the other. Spiritual powers of these wild and uncultured people are far
greater than the so-called religious and liberal civilized citizens of today.
It is clear from this that the nature and makeup of man is fermented with the
yeast of the Name and Zikr
of Allah. Two
types of light are needed by the human being in order to see and identify a
thing. One is Noor
of Anfus
(invisible world) and the other is the Noor
of the
(visible) world. In Anfus, through the light of intuition (and insight), and in
visible world, through the light of moor or sun, a thing can be seen. Similarly,
in the Inward, the Saalik
is needy of two kinds of Noor. One is the Noor
e
Baseerat which is also called the Noor
of Yaqeen
and the Noor
of Eimaan. Second
is the Noor
of Dawat
and Hidayat
of the Holy Prophets and Aulia of the tangible
world. The biggest fount and matter of light is sun which brightens all of our
physical world. The biggest Source of Anwaar
for brightening the Inwardly
World
is our overlord Hazrat
Muhammad Mustafa Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa
Aa-lehee Wa-sallamwhom Allah
Almighty has addressed with
the titles of Sirajan Muneera. O
Prophet! Lo! We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a
warner. And as a summoner unto Allah
by His permission, and as a lamp that
gives light (33:45-46)
* For
the things in the world, both these lights that is, the eyes and light are part
and parcel. That is, eyes are useless if there is no light and if one has no
eyes, all the world is dark for him. Say:
This is my Way: I call on Allah
with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me
(12:108)
In
some dark ages of ignorance, these Inwardly
and Noori
Luminous Lamps were
hardly to find because the material deities like sun, moon and stone were
worshipped by people because of the natural shortcoming. As when some person
smells the odor of something in a dark house, it touches one thing and the
other in search of it like a blind person, similar was the case of the people
in absence of guides and Messengers of God. Since the Noor
of the Creator is
potently present in the creation, therefore, they, in every age were restless
and anxious to find it out naturally. That is why, the human being, because of
the Muhabbat
of the Azal
and the Absorptions of the Fazal
(Grace and bounty),
Mast
and risky in His thought, dies for the material manifests of His Candle of
Glory and wherever in nonliving, plant, cattle, human and spheres of heavens,
he finds the refection of His Jamaal
and Jalaal, he hugs that and displays his
natural love for Him by worshipping them. That is the reason that in the dark
ages of the days of ignorance, the people worshipped different emergences of
the Ability and physically great things titling these with Pure (holy) Names of
Allah
Almighty. Thus, the internal instinctive demand and query and the natural
heat and thirst of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) of Hazrat
Ibrahim Alaihis-Salaam (Abraham)
inclined him to look towards the sun, moon and starts. Irfan (Volume 1) IRFAAN 1 pdf download Install app |
