Hence, there is no knowledge and skill and no art and vocation are that which the human being has learned directly from Allah Almighty without the means of another human being. This is just jealousy and their thinking too high about themselves of those carnal blind dead hearted and wretched ones since Azal that does not let them follow the Course towards Allah Almighty and hinders them to meet some guide and leader of the course. Satan, in wake of his jealousy and haughtiness, made Tauheed the excuse in prostrating himself not before Adam Alaihis-Salaam and said: I do not prostrate anyone other than Allah' and I am Muwahhad (theist believing only in One God). In this way, though, that accursed was the supporter of Tauheed and refused Shirk but because of haughtiness and Self-conceit, he was trying to become himself a partner of God Almighty.

HADIS-E-QUDSI

(Saying of Allah reported by the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

The robe of Majesty is Mine and I do not share it with any Outsider as partner.

You will go that much away from the Mercy of your Lord as much you will mingle with the arrogant,

Your repentance after your intoxication of imbibing alcohol would be better than offering that Assalaat after which you become drunk and proud.

What will the blind sensual people know this Shirk in the cover of Tauheed? Who will treat that patient who considers the ailment a good health? One drop of the vinegar of haughtiness spoils all milk of the Ilm and Grace. Harvest crop of a thousand years' Obedience is burnt into ashes with a spark of jealousy.

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

That person cannot enter the Paradise in whose heart exists haughtiness even of the size of a particle.

Self-conceit and God can never go together. Alas for those people who uplift the Self-conceit and please the Satan.

Satan was ruined by not laying his head in one Prostration,

What was the use of his laying his head in millions of Prostrations?

Once, Hazrat Bayazid Bastami Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe humbly asked Allah that 'which way is the way of achieving Wisaal with You'. He got this answer: discard your Nafs and get uplift. That person, who bows before someone and serves him for the sake of Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty uplifts his status and that person, who is haughty and arrogant, he falls down straight. See, when abolishes its existentiality and self in earth, it becomes tall and green. It's being as it is and intact is obstacle in front of its germination, growth and progress. Philosophy of the Waseela is this that the vanity and Self-conceit are vital for the abundance of religion and Dunya (World). When the mind of a person has become intoxicated through the wine of Dunya (World), then the kettledrum of 'I (Pharaoh) am your lord the highest (79:24)' starts beating. That is the reason that worldly kings have often claimed the office of god because of this intoxication and drunkenness. Intoxication due to Dunya (World) is stronger than the intoxication due to alcohol.

It is easy (and not manhood) to maintain consciousness and mind after imbibing alcohol,

If you are not intoxicated in spite of being the Master of riches, it is realm manhood.

Moreover, Ilm and excellence and devoutness and obedience of Lord are Inwardly and Religious wealth and the stuff of the Next World. Even the possessor of this Wealth of the Next World also becomes defected with the termite of Self-conceit and arrogance. Thus, the Satan who was the richest in this wealth of Ilm and worship said 'I am better than him (7:12)' in the intoxication and drunkenness of this wealth and showed his arrogance and Self-conceit by this way.
