should roll his imaginary forefinger and trace it. That is, he should roll his
finger over it like a pen in his imagination and Visualization
and same like
this he may think the Name Muhammad
already written in white moon like color on his chest and try to roll his
imaginary index finger over it in imagination. Some fee this second option
easier. In addition, he should keep on the Paas-Anfaas
in heart. That is, when
mentally the breath enters inside, he should say Allah
in heart and
when breath goes out, he should mentally say Hu
and when he exercises for the Name Muhammad,
he should mentally say in his heart
'Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah' when breath comes in and 'Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam'
when breath goes
out. By the repeated Exercise
in the this way, the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )and
the Name Muhammad will illuminate inside
his body. Moreover, if the Seeker
has a Kaamil
Shaikh, he may think in this way
as his Shaikh
is sitting inside his head and bosom writing the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )and
the Name Muhammad. This results in more
convenience. He should continue Paas-Anfaas
along with this imagination. In
this way the Seeker
becomes successful very soon. When the Visualization
and
Tafakkur
of the Seeker
and the Tawajuh
and Tasarruf
of the Murshid
become
mentioned and united upon the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )and the Name Muhammad
with the effort from the Seeker
and the Attraction from the Murshid, then from
this either Noor
and the Electricity of Jalaal
will emanate and will drown the
Seeker
in the Inward
making him unconscious and the Inwardly
Occurrences of
this occasion are not remembered and in case he has been Attracted by the
Electricity of the Jamaal
, then the Inwardly
Occurrences of this occasion are
remembered in dream or Muraqiba.

this time, the Majlis
of the Holy Prophets and Aulia and the Zikr
Azkaar
open
and the Seeker
becomes present in the Majlis
of-Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
or the Majlis

Prophets and Aulia or the Zikr-e-Nafsi, Zikr-e-Qalbi
, Zikr-e-Ruhi
or Zikr-e-Sirri
etcetera start or the Tajalliyaat

(Essence) or Sifaat
or Afaal
(Actions) of Allah
Almighty arrive at the Master of Visualization
or the Teer
Sair
(Traveling and sightseeing (on wings)) of the Stations
of Heaven or Earth
are achieved. If the Naqsh
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )
and the Name Muhammad
are not established on heart of the Seeker
because of the great rush of Waswaas
of Satan
and the Sensual Darkness, then he should do the Exercise
(of
Preoccupation) of Wujoodia
so that the entire body should become capable of
becoming clean (Muzakki) after becoming Pure (holy) with the Inscriptions of
the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )all over it and that it may become suitable
for seeing the Mushahida
of the Holy Prophet Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa
Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and the Haq
Almighty as:
The
Name Allah
is a holy
thing and it stays only on that place which is clean and uncontaminated.
There
is no limitation of time for the Exercise
of the Visualization
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ).
It can be done at any time. However, the better time for this is from the dawn
to sunrise.
The
Master of Visualization, when he Inscribes the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )in
brain through Visualization
and Tafakkur
, should consider his brain a square
candlewick or like a lantern as if all sides (front, left, right, back and up)
of its glass chimney are all around covered with dark smoke (carbon) and the
Master of Visualization
is drawing the Naqsh
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )
is such a way on the front side of square glass chimney that his imaginary
finger is rolling over that glass and removing that dark smoke (carbon) from it
and by this Inscription an inlet for the light from outside is being created
step by step and the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) is becoming more brighter and
vivid. One should repeat this way of writing on the remaining sides of that
imaginary square glass chimney. That is, left side, right side, hind side and
upper side. In this way, the brain becomes illuminated with the Noor
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ).
Remember that, it feels wonderful while doing the Exercise
of the Visualization
of Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) in eyes as one thinks how will the Name
Allah
get Inscribed
in eyes.
