In case one finds difficulty in Inscribing the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) on every organ of body, then he should first exercise on that place and try that Name which are easy for this exercise and he should close his eyes and write the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) on that place and should concentrate his attention and thinking on its Inscription. The time the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) has successfully been Inscribed with the Noori Letters of Alphabet in the body of the Master of Visualization, it automatically captures its specific station in body. Further, this should also be kept in mind that if the disposition of a Seeker is blunt and is feeble-minded and the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) cannot be carried on by him then to encounter it, he should keep in his front the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) written in beautiful script on a clear mirror or paper and should try to establish it inside him at the time of Visualization and should imagine and visualize the same written Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) at other occasions. Such repeated attempts establish the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ). In addition, if a person desires more convenience, he should again and again write the Name Allah on a tablet with a thick pointer pencil or chalk at some spare time in the day and night. He should write at least 22 times. This also facilitates the learning of the Visualization of Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ). A person should surely do the Exercise of the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) before sleeping in the day or at night or he should keep upon gazing at the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )physically written on paper or glass and kept in front of him. He should gaze upon it again and again and try to fix it inside him and should sleep doing this exercise. Doing this the Name Allah becomes illuminated and Inscribed.

Seven Names are for Visualization which are like Keys and Switches of the Seven Inwardly Treasures. Each Name is different for each of the Seven Subtleties. These Names are:

Allah, Lillah, Lahu, Hu, Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam , Faqar, Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah. Visualization of the Ninety-Nine Names of Allah Almighty and the Letters of (Arabic) Alphabets can also be done. There are also many other Naqsh of Wujoodia Marqoom which, if, are brought in explanation, will prolong the topic. One can get many outstanding Inwardly benefits through their Visualization. In case the Seeker needs the details of these Inwardly Treasures, he should consult 'The Noor ul Huda (Klaan)' of 'Aqal Baidaar Shareef' written by the Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hazrat Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe.
