341-342
The
Master of Visualization
should do Ablution
(Wuzu )
and wear Pure clothes and sit in Sitting Posture (in kneeling position) at some
Pure place (fit for offering Assalaat) and should empty and free his heart from
all unnecessary thoughts, that is, worldly worries and carnal (and sensual)
whims and in order to bar the passage of the Outwardly
Sneaking Temptations of
Satan
and the carnal (and sensual) Khatraat
, he should make a Hisaar
(shield)
around him with the following:
He
should read each of the following three times and blow air of his mouth on his
body after reading:
Surah Al Fatihah:
Bis-millahi-Rah-maa-Nir-raheem
Al hamdu Lillahe Rabbil Aala-meen(a). Ar-rahmaa
Nir-raheem(i). Maaliki Yaumid-deen(i). Iyya-ka Na'budu wa iyya-ka Nasta-een(u).
Ihdi Nassi-raa-tal Mus-ta-qeem(a). Siraat Alla-zeena An-amta Alai-him, Ghai-ril
Magh-dhoobi Alai-him Wa Ladhaaa-leen(a).
In the Name of
Allah
the Beneficent, the Merciful
All
praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. The Beneficent, the Merciful. Owner of
the Day of Judgment. You (alone) we worship; You (alone) we ask for help. Show
us the straight path, the path of those whom You have favored; Not (the path)
of those who earn your anger nor of those who go astray.
Ayatul Kursi:
Allahu Laaa-Ilaaha
Illa-hu(wa) Al Hayyul Qayyum(u), Laa Ta'hu-zu-hoo Sinatun-wwa Laa Naum(un),
Lahoo Maa Fis-samaa-waati Wa Maa Fil Ardh(i), Man Zallazee Yash-fa-oo Enda-hooo
Illa Bi Iznihee. Ya'lamu Ma Baina Aidee-him Wa Maa khalfa-hum. Wa Laa
Yuhee-toona Bi Shai-Im-min Ilmi-heee Illa Be-maa Shaaa'aa. Wasi-aa
Kur-siyyu-hus-samaa-waati Wal Ardh(a). Wa Laa Ya-odu-hoo Hifzu-humaa, Wa Huwal
Aleyyul Azeem(u).
Allah, there is no
God except Him, the Alive, the Self-Subsisting. Neither slumber nor sleep
overtakes him. Unto Him belongs whatever is in heavens and whatsoever is in
earth. Who is he, who intercedes with Him except by His permission? He knows
that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they
encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His throne includes
the heaves and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is
Sublime the Tremendous.
Surah Al Kaafiroon (109):
Qul Yaaa Ayyu-hal Kasfi-roon(a). Laaa A'budu Maa
Ta'budoon(a). Wa Laaa An-tum Aabi-doona Maaa A'bud(u). Wa Laaa Anaa
Aabi-dum-maa
Abattum. Wa Laaa An-tum Aabi-doona Maaa A'bud(u). La-kum Deenu-kum Waliya
Deen(i).
Say: O
disbelievers! I worship not that which you worship. Nor worship you that which
I worship. And I shall not worship that you worship. Nor will you worship that
I worship. Unto you your religion and unto me my religion.
Surah Al Ikhlaas (112):
Qul Hu-wallahu Ahad(un).
Allahus-samad(u). Lam Ya-lid. Wa Lam Yoo-ladd. Wa Lam Yakul-lahoo Kufu-wan
Ahad(un).
Say: He is Allah,
the One. Allah, the eternally Self-Sufficient (and Eternal Refuge). He begets
not nor was begotten. And there is none comparable to Him
Surah
Al Falaq (113):
Qul A'oozu Bi Rabbil
Falaq(i). Min Sharri Maa Khalaq(a). Wa Min Sharri Ghaa-si-qin izaa Waqab(a). Wa
Min Sharrin-naffaa-ssaati Fil Oqad(i). Wa Min Sharri Haa-si-din izaa Hasad(a).
Say: I seek refuge
in Lord of Daybreak. From the evil that which He created. From the evil of the
darkness when it is intense. And from the evil of the malignant witchcraft. And
from the evil of the envier when he envies.
Surah
An-Naas (114):
Qul
A'oozu Bi Rabbin-naas(i). Malikin-naas(i). Elaahin-naas(i). Min Sharril
Was-waasil Khan-naas(i). Allazee Yuwas-wisu Fee Su-doorin-naas(i). Minal
Jinna-tih Wan-naas(i).
Say:
I seek refuge in Lord of mankind. The king of mankind. The God of mankind. From
the evil of the sneaking whisperer. Who whispers in the hearts of mankind. Of
the jinn and of mankind.

Darood Shareef:
Allah-humma Salle Alaaa
Muhammadin-wwa Alaa Aaali Muhammadin Kamaa Sallaita Alaa Ibraa-heema Wa Alaaa
Aali Ibraa-heema Inna-ka Hamee-dum-majeed(un). Allah-humma Baa-rik Alaa
Muhammadin-wwa Alaaa Aali Muhammadin Kamaa Baa-rakta Alaaa Ibraa-heema Wa Alaaa
Aali Ibraa-heema Inna-ka Hamee-dum-majeed.
O
Allah! Confer blessings upon (Holy Prophet) Muhammad and upon the progeny of
(Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You conferred blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the
progeny of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah! Bless
(Holy Prophet) Muhammad and the progeny of (Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You
blessed Ibrahim and the progeny of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and
Glorious.
Istaghfaar:
Astagh-fi-rullaha Rabbee
Min Kulli
zambin-wwa Atoobu ilaihi
I seek forgiveness
from Allah
for every sin I committed and I repent for these.
The following Verses:
Salaamun
Qawlam-mir-rabbir-raheem(in).
Peace be on you, a
Word from Lord, Most Merciful (36:58)
Walla-hul Musta-aanu Alaa
Maa Tasi-foon(a).
And Allah
it is
Whose help is to be sought in that (predicament) which you describe. (12:18)
Kalimah e Tamjīd:
Subhaa-nallahi Wal Hamdu
Lillahe Wa Laaa Ilaha Ill-Allahu
Wa-Allahu Akbar. Wa Laa Haula Wa Laa Quwwata
Illa Billa-hil Aleyyul Azeem(i).
Glory
be to Allah
and all praise be to Allah
and there is none worthy of worship
besides Allah; and Allah
is the greatest and there is no Power and Might except
from Allah; the most High -The Great.
Kalima e Tauheed:
Laaa Ilaa-ha Ill-Allahu
Wah-da-hoo Laa Sha-ree-ka
La-hoo La-hul Mul-ku Wa La-hul Ham-du Yuh-yee Wa Yu-mee-tu Wa Hu-wa Alaa Kulli
Shai-in Qadeer(un).
There
is none worthy of worship besides Allah; He is one He has no partner; His is
the Kingdom and for Him is all praise; He gives life and causes death; And He
has power over everything.
Kalimah-e-Tayyeb:
Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu
Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah. Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
There is none
worthy of worship except Allah; Muhammad is the prophet of Allah
(Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam).
After
reading all above each for three times each, he should blow the air from his
mouth on his bosom and on his both palms then caress his hands over all of his
body. He should, then, close his eyes and should focus upon the concepts of the
Mushahida
of Allah
Almighty and the Majlis
of the Holy Prophet and the Majlis
of the Aulia and the reflections of remembrance of death and the Hereafter
and
the Grave and the Accountability (and answer) and Doom in his heart and try to
write the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) on his forehead and heart and the Name
Muhammad
on his
bosom with an index finger of Tafakkur
again a again. In case the Nafs
of a
person is unruly and does not abstain from sinful activities, he should write
and Inscribe the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) on the button of his navel. The
Master of Visualization
should treat his index finger as pen and the sun an
inkpot in front of him and should dip the index finger in the inkpot of the sun
and should write the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) on his forehead in such a way that
he should think his head like a big candlewick and lantern and should think as
if he is sitting inside it and then write the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )
on the face of glass in front of him. This will produce Jazb
(Absorbance)
Jalaali
(Powerful with Lordliness and Glory). He mentally should write the Name
Muhammad
lengthening it on his chest is such a way that both the letters Meem of the Name Muhammad
should come near each nipple and the letter Daal should come over heart.
