75-76 We
quote hereunder some episodes of some very big capitalistic and worldly people
of the world who had a very woeful and tragic end. May be some whole minded,
fortunate and blessed person can learn a lesson and caveat from these and may escape
the trap of this bloody, treacherous hag (of world). A
FULL-OF-LESSON STORY OF A BILLIONAIRE "I
have so much wealth in my possession which I cannot count. It is said that my
properties worth more than fifty million pounds but I am ready to gladly give
all this whole property in lieu of the food of one time which I may eat to my
fill". These words are of the famous billionaire of America named '(John D.)
Rockefeller' also known as the 'Oil King'. The tales of his wealth and capital
are on the tongues of every common and proper person of new times as well as
old time. A world has been envying at his fortune and God knows how many others
might be those whose mouth becomes watered upon hearing his name but his own
condition is such that despite of riches he was poor and hopeless and despite
having plenty of gold-and-silver, he longs for eating a time's meal up to his
fill and is ready to kick his billions of Pounds away in lieu of this blessing.
He has become eighty-five years of age but he has been suffering from the
disease of digestion since early age. It is obvious that he must have spent
much for this disease. In spite of having everything on disposal, he cannot eat
anything other than some milk and a few biscuits although his lowly laborers and
servants eat up to their fill every kind of the blessings of world and tasty
dishes all the day. This lord of the fates of hundreds of thousands of people
is tantalized for eating a time's meal as per his wish and cannot even touch
anything other than some milk and a few biscuits! * [Therefore]
O poor people envying at the life of world! Express thanks to Allah
Almighty
for His blessing given to you as one of the richest people of world is himself
envying at your condition! THE
STATE OF HENRY FORD Listen
about the state of Henry Ford who is the 'Motor King' and who has surpassed
even Qaroon
as regards to his wealth. He cannot eat anything other than a very
little precautionary diet. A team of doctors is always taking care of him. He
is totally deprived of all tastes though his ordinary servants and employees
enjoy tastes in front of him and he is tantalized seeing them. Those who are
close him, say that all those material enjoyments which a person can enjoy in
world and those tastes which can be bought by money, this Qaroon
is absolutely
deprived of all. [Therefore]
O you who consider wealth product of life and money the fruit of life! Are you
seeing this privation through gold-and-silver
? MR.
EDWARD SCRIPPS There
was a billionaire and owner of newspapers called Edward (Willis) Scripps. After
years' luxury and entertainment, his heart lost its interest in the uproar of
world and felt to find peace and meditation. How could it be possible in the 'centers of culture and civilization'? At last, he built an aeroplane costing
forty thousand Dollars and made it sound proof against all kinds of sounds with
the help of devices. That is, no kind of any voice could reach his ears. After
creating an artificial silence and the space of no voice around him he thought
that he could then find prompt peace. He handed over the business of newspapers
to his son and the airplane took off on the adventure of searching peace. Not
one country or two countries but visited the entire world. Not for one time but
did it two times but the peace and tranquility of heart could not become
possible by shutting the doors of material voices to it. Irfan (Volume 1) IRFAAN 1 pdf download Install app |
