381-382 Hazrat
Musa
Alaihis-Salaam
(Moses) said that 'these people are stray; do you want to go astray like
them?'. Hence, when Hazrat
Musa Alaihis-Salaam went on the Mount of
Toor in order to converse with Allah
Almighty for getting new Commands. He had
promised to return within thirty days but instead of thirty days, he had to
spent ten more days. His nation assumed as if he has died. In this gap, Samiri,
who was a big magician and enchanter, he took this opportunity fit and prepared
a calf of gold-and-silver
from the booty stock of the nation and entered a
satanic spirit into it using his magic. This spirit used to cry like a calf.
Since the yeast of idol worship was already present in their nature, Samiri
took undue advantage of this weakness and said 'this is your and Musa's god and
has appeared in front of you in a solid visible form so that you might worship
him'. Thus, all the nation started worshipping it. Although Hazrat
Haroon
Alaihis-Salaam
(Aaron) reminded the people much and advised them to remain away of this
practice that it was the marvel of the magic of Samiri and that it cannot be
the deity but most of the people of Bani Israel continued its worship. When
Hazrat
Musa Alaihis-Salaam (Moses) returned and
found his nation indulged in idol worship, he felt a lot of grief and agony and
he declared his brother Hazrat
Haroon Alaihis-Salaam
as 'held back'. He called Samiri and said: (Moses)
said: And what has you to say, O Samiri? (20:95)
Samiri replied: He
said: I perceived what they perceive not, so I seized a handful from the
footsteps of the messenger, and then threw it in. Thus my soul commended to me
(20:96)
* Such
an (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) exists in the feet of the
Roohani
Rasool that when they set their step somewhere in this material world,
then that soil which touches their blessed feet, the impulse of life is
absorbed in it with due (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact). This soil
gets the power and ability to fix a spirit in it. That is, this soil gets the
Mediumistic Power. Hence, when Samiri threw that soil inside the calf and
entered a devil inside it with his magic and that devil started speaking like a
calf from inside. In short, seeing this paranormal quality and action of that
wonderful and strange calf made from gold-and-silver, people fell devotee to
that. Hazrat
Musa Alaihis-Salaam (Moses) cursed Samiri
that he may become leper and every that person should become a leper too who
touches him. He burnt that Satan
that was inside the calf with his spiritual
power and threw its ashes in river and ended its devilment. This incident is
present in the Holy Quran. Allah
Almighty gave this sentence of punishment to
those who had worshipped that calf that 'you all fight with each other and kill
each other'. Some accepted this punishment and were killed fighting with each
other. Those who survived wounded, either their repentance was accepted or ran
away here and there and joined other nations of world and kept on worshipping
idols at places where they started new lives. Those Arian people who entered
Hindustan through the Mountains of Hindukush, they were those people of the era
of Hazrat
Musa Alaihis-Salaam (Moses) who had fled away.
These are the people who kept on the 'Calf' worshipping which is still being
practiced there and in order to commemorate the 'throwing of the ashes of their
false deity devil of the calf in river' by Hazrat
Musa
Alaihis-Salaam,
they burn their corpses and throw the ashes of the dead bodies of their people
in river. Irfan (Volume 1) IRFAAN 1 pdf download Install app |
