33-34 It
has touched the degree of proof through experiments and observations that
during sleep and dreaming, the human and animal Aura is emanated from the body
of the human being but the Aura of the nonliving things and plants in contained
inside. And at the time of death the Aura of human, animal and plant exhausts
step by step from the human being. Only that of mineral or inanimate remains in
it and that Aura is of soil which unites with the Aura of soil which is its
match. Hence, it is revealed that in human being is present the electricity of
life of inanimate, plant, animal and man and human being is the compendium of
all. Inanimate things release Aura of one kind, plants of two kinds, animals of
three kinds and humans all the four kinds and takes breath accordingly. Two
continuities remain continuous in the human body. One is outward visible breath
and respiration which continues every moment. Second is of Inwardly
invisible
thoughts which also does not cease anytime. And these two continuities of
breath and thoughts all the time remain attached and linked with human body and
soul. Thoughts have great influence upon breath but rather the breath and
intake of air is a window and door of thoughts. That is the reason that the
Saints of the Faith and the Outwardly
virtuous persons have applied the modes
of the Paas-e-Anfaas
and the Habs-e-Damm. The philosophy and sagacity in this
is that it is a unique feature of heart that it all the time is thinking
something, is virtually speaking or in other words is commemorating something
every time. This caliber of Zikr
is eternally present and (involuntarily) Current
(as-initiated with effect) in its make and nature because of the reason that
the creation and nature of the human being takes its roots from this mineral of
Zikr
that is, the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) of Lord. And all the time thinking
something or keeping something remembered is the proof of this thing that the
very Inwardly
reality, original nature and real instinct and makeup has been
laid through the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) which is the real stuff of all
Azkaar
. * And
the names of all things along with their Azkaar
are consequents thereto and
reflections of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ). And the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) is the origin of all the things of the universe. Allah Almighty says: And
has made of the service unto you whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is
in the earth; it is all from Him [through His Name] (45:13)
As the advent of all is through His Name (and) the
conquest of these is also through His Name. When Hazrat
Ibne Abbas
Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhu was asked
concerning the Tafseer
of this Verse, he said: In everything is a Name of the Names of Allah
Almighty and the
advent of the name of everything is through the Name-the-Essence
of Allah
Almighty.
And in a sacred Hadis
has come that when Spirit
entered the body
of Hazrat
Adam Alaihis-Salaam and it Stationed (got
equanimity) at the Station
of the Istakhwan-al-Abeez
in the brain, it said 'O
Allah!'
When the Noor
of the luminary Name Allah
the Essence, the brain of Adam
Alaihis-Salaam
became lit and luminous and it saw towards the sun that illuminates the whole
world, it sneezed. Then it said 'Praise be to Allah' and it is proven by 'and have breathed into
him of My spirit
(15:29) that the Spirit
had been breathed into the
body of Adam Alaihis-Salaam along with air. So, from
the aforesaid, a deep relation, full stamping and secure link and tie is of the
Spirit
with the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) and of the Zikr
with all things of
the universe that is, the thoughts, breaths and respiration. But rather it
feels that all these three are same thing, therefore, there is a deep relation
of the breath and respiration with the Zikr
of Allah
Almighty and thoughts and
contemplations. For the discipline and stability of this same relation, the
methods of Paas-e-Anfaas
and Habs-e-Damm
for the Zikr
of Allah have been devised and established.
Hence, the mold and foundation of the human Spirit
has been through the Name
Allah and the
Tauheed. Zikr
of Allah
is the origin of all and the Zikr
of all the rest things of the universe and
the realm of Multiplicity are the consequents thereto and its reflections. The
time when human being does the Zikr
of Allah, that is the Zikr
of the Name Allah is done, perhaps, he is
then on his original caliber and nature of Azal
and he is attentive and
