And
the same will happen on the Day of Resurrection that every nation, every group
and every Ummat
will walk behind its guide and leader and will be Summoned.
Allah
Almighty
says: On the
day when We shall summon ill men with their leaders (17:71)
That
is, every group will come following his leader in his companionship. Since the
respect and honor given to Allah's virtuous and chosen people for Allah
Almighty, Hence, this respect and honor is done exactly for Allah
Almighty.
However, giving respect and regard to the worldly people and the rich just for
worldly greed and lust, is disapproved, incorrect and Haraam
because in the
respect and honor of Allah's Friends is implied the respect and reverence of
Allah
Almighty and respect and regard of the worldly people has been reproached
by Allah
Almighty everywhere in His Pure (holy) Words and He has forbidden His
Prophet
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
against going with them
and giving them respect. Ahmed and Tirmizi and Ibne Maaja have quoted this
sacred His reported by Sohail Ibne Sa'ad:
HADIS
(Saying
of the Holy Prophet of Allah
Hazrat
Muhammad
Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)
Had
the value and worth of Dunya
(World) (as compared to the bounties of the
Hereafter) were equal to a wing of mosquito even near Allah
Almighty, a drop of
cool water would have not come to the share of a Kaafir
(disbeliever).
The
Saints of ancient times used to give over respect and honor to the Chosen
Persons of Allah
Almighty and gave over disregard and indignity to the worldly
people and they have been always considering 'Love for the sake of Allah
and
hatred also for the sake of Allah' a source of the gladness (and accreditation)
and happiness of Allah
. Hence, respect and regard for the Aulia-Allah
Rahmatu-Allah Ta'ala Alaihim
and the Holy Prophets
Alaihimus-Salaam
is laudable and the respect given to the rich and wealthy people is disapproved
way. Very astonishing (histrionic) tricks of deceit are used by the Satan
with
the Children of Adam and tries to distract them and make them uncertain about
the chosen People-of-Allah
in every way he can. He makes them denier of their
admiration and their enemy instead so much so that they feel much disapproval
for that person who says their name with praise and respect.

In
the vindictiveness and contention for the Saints of religion, Satan
enforces
and strengthens the people of his creed with Baatil
arguments and reasons of
different kinds. Sometimes he says 'you are Muwahhad
(theist) and Tauheed
is the
real way'. Sometimes says 'Allah Almighty is nearer to jugular vein and He
Himself if the All Hearer, All Seer, All Near and All Helper then what need is
there for people to find Waseela
and Intermediation. Prophets and Aulia are
humans like us. Allah
is Just. Waseela
and Intermediation are against
Justness'. And sometimes, he whispers in his mind that 'you are believer and
supporter of the fact that Allah
Almighty is the Rightful Lord and your side is,
anyhow, weighty and powerful and those who follow the Prophets and Aulia, they
are the devotees of human beings instead and Prophets and Aulia, no matter how
much they grow high, they have no worth of even a wing of housefly before
Allah'. In short, he hinders the way of the people of his likeness through the
Baatil
and corrupt thoughts like these and he creates a distinction between
Allah
and the Prophet as 'seek to make distinction between Allah
and His
messengers (4:150)'
and by proving them and Allah
as opposite to
each other and Outsider to each other, he steers them astray from the right
path and puts them on the path of arrogance, self conceit and jealousy and
putting the fear of Shirk
in their minds, he makes them the partners of Allah
because of their arrogance and haughtiness.
Those people, who believe in the Friends of Allah
Almighty and give respect to
them for the sake of Allah
Almighty and make them their companions of the way
and leaders and respect and honor them for this reason, they consider them far
degree superior to the false people. A person is just the verbal believer of
Lord and the declarer of His respect and dignity from a place far away to Him
whereas the other person showers his life on His Lamp of Beauty and runs towards
him in accordance to 'therefore, flee unto Allah'
and serves His
Friends and the Guides for His sake and demands from them help on this course
so much so that he makes the soil of their place the Kohl of his eyes, then you
tell if the respect and dignity and awe of Allah
is more in the former person
or in the later?
