Therefore, he fall in severe perplexity (and inner turbulence) and waiver. He falls in between the devil and the deep sea. We seek refuge in Allah against such a situation of pain and Rijat. Hence, a Seeker who is still in the initial stages, he should not leave his wife and children and should not go in wilderness. What nice has been said by a poet:

 

ABYAAT (COUPLETS)

A person left his house and went towards desert,

He abandoned his wife and sons in his Demand for Lord,

He had thoughted that only his wife and children were debarring him from Didaar ,

And only this wall was that which halts (and intervenes) in front of the desired destination,

He was finding Him in ocean and in desert,

He was searching for Him in every water and the land,

He lost himself but could not find Him,

This poor availed nothing after sacrificing everything he had,

His heart broke like a foot in despair,

He wasted his life like a fleeting shadow,

When the time of his death approached nearby,

That time, his ears heard this cry,

O Seeker of Haq ! Haq was stationing inside your house,

That place, which you left for Me, I was there.

[Mir Hasan]

 

Therefore, the Seeker should not ever change his condition in the light of his Waham and thoughts. Instead he should wait till the time that Allah Almighty Himself changes it after making the conditions suitable and the situation supportive.

 

Hence, when, such a condition arises because of the heat of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) and the thoughts of dread of Tark (Abnegation) and Tawakul come in mind, the Seeker should cool down and absorb this Jalaaliyat and Heat through the Visualization of the Name Muhammad or through the abundance of the recitation of the Sacred Darood because the Name Muhammad is Jamaali and vast perseverance, endurance and courage (and mettle) take birth in the Seeker by virtue of its coolness and Jamaaliyat and he can bear the Jalaali Weighty Load of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) in every way and does not lose patience, courage and peace.

Sometimes a person cannot offer Outwardly Worship completely due to the overwhelming hotness of the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) and a person shows lethargy towards offering Outward Nawafil and verbal Zikr and physical exercises and the importance and worth of these things comes so much down in his mind that he quits Obligatory Assalaat even. Hence, the Seeker should avert this condition and should never come out of the ambit of obeying Obligatory Assalaat (Prayers) and the Codes of Shariyat. This is also a big trick and plan of the Satan so much so that the Satan shows to many people, in their initial stages of Visualization, very fine shows and Inwardly Spectacle in dreams and Muraqiba and when such person inclines towards the Outward Worship and Obligation Assalaat, these Inwardly Satanic spectacles and dramas start becoming less and short. So, the Seeker becomes a victim of these daydreaming of the Devil and quits abiding by the regularity of Assalaat and Shariyat. In this way, he becomes an Outcast and the Banished one from the Course of Inward. Thousands of Seekers have been observed as entangled in such disorientations and Rijat. He does not see the shore of deliverance for his entire life, who has once drowned in such Whirlpools!

 

Many boats capsized in this whirlpool,

Even a part of them could not touch the shore.

At times this happens that when the Seeker does the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ), it feels as if his all organs are being pressed or he is being wrenched and after the conclusion of the Exercise , his body feels excruciated and lazy. His body feel broken and overthrown. In case such is the condition, then the Seeker should face towards the Outward Worship. In this way, the Seeker should never keep his Nafs idle against the Zikr of Allah Almighty as the opposition of the Nafs is the Zikr of Allah.
