'RABITA E SHAIKH' A
tyro Seeker
cannot do without the Murshid-e-Kaamil
. Same as woman needs a man
in order to conceive a child, same like this, the Incorporeal child of the
heart of the Seeker, that is, the Subtlety
of Qalb
gets life only through the
company and Tawajuh
of the Murshid-e-Kaamil
. The nature and condition of this
thing is like this that the Murshid-e-Kaamil
puts in the womb of the heart of
the Seeker
the Noori
Subtlety of his Kaamil
Mature heart through the Noor
of Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) God
cannot be found just through Wazaif , Chilla
and Wird
, If
woman could conceive a child by finger, why would she need a husband! Same
as many lamps can be lit through a burning lamp, a Murshid-e-Kaamil
can light
the lamps of the hearts of many hundred thousand Seekers through the Inwardly
Lamp of his heart. 
and that Noori
Subtlety becomes a fetus and grows like virtual child after
becoming alive through the Ability of Allah
Almighty. This Incorporeal child is
linked with the Inwardly
womb, that is, the Qalb
of the Murshid
through an
Inwardly
relation as a real child is linked with the womb of his mother through
umbilical cord through which he continues to receive nutrition from his mother.
Exactly like this, the esoteric and Incorporeal Noori
child of the Seeker
is
tied with the Inwardly
womb of his Mentor through a Noori
chord through which
he continues to receive Inwardly
Nutrition. This is known as 'Rabita e Shaikh'
in the terminology of Tasawvuf. Subtlety
of Qalb
cannot turn living with the
Mentor Shaikh. Getting the 'life of heart' only through one personal effort and
mere Wird
and Wazaif and the unguided Chilla. These things result in temporary
cleanliness after the process of the Tazkiya
of Nafs. In addition, sometimes a
little Kashf
of Nasoot
and Rujuaat-e-Khalq
also take birth but the course to
the 'life of heart' is quite other.
