(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
, he transcends across
Both-the-Worlds in such a way as the grain of rue is in the fist of the living
body. He sees the Spectacle of both Worlds on the back of his
fingernail. Why will such person need to read and write and hold the pen controlled
by three fingers? That person, who denies the Taufeeq of the Visualization
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) and the Tasarruf of the
Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat), he, in reality, is
untruthful and irreligious. Hence, it is revealed that the
Arif-Bi-Allah Ba Ayan receives power from the Lahoot and Lamakaan
, the Qurb Baqaa-Bi-Allah
(Rebirth with Allah
) is received
through Subhaan
and he himself uses to be the Master
Viewer (of the Spectacle). Why will he need to offer Optional Prayers
and Istikhara
(consultation with God)? That Arif Wali-Allah
the Aalim-Bi-Allah
, who is engrossed in the Marifat of Tauheed
and Wisaal
, why will
he need Faal (good omen) and Rammal
(geomancy)? Those Ilm Uloom,
which are written on the Loh-e-Mahfooz, are clear and revealed for the Arif-Bi-Allah.
That person, who says, he knows not and he, who does not say, he knows.
Moreover, the Faqeer Maalik-ul-Mulki is the All Righteous and
Competent (Salah-Kull ) as a model of "When Faqar reaches unto its
extremity (and entirety), that is Allah" 
. That is, the Key
of All (Kaleed e Kull) is in his hand or the locking and unlocking
of the Paki (Sacredness) of the entire Realm by the grant of Tasarruf
of Azal , the Paki (Pureness) of Uqba by the grant of the Tasarruf
of Uqba and the Paki (Acquittal) of the World by the grant of
Tasarruf of the Paki (Sacredness) of Abad. All these Maratib
of Hidayat are of the All Righteous and Competent (Salah-Kull )
