The entire customs and practices of the Murshid so much so that even the appearance of the Murshid should be reflected in the Seeker and the Ahwaal of the both should become same. With the Taufeeq and Tawajuh of the Murshid-e-Kaamil , the Seeker should start saying this: 'Hand of Allah is above their hands'. This is the Jamaal of the Jamiyat of Murshid which pertains to the Ahwaal of the everlasting Wisaal. The Murshid is carrying the responsibility of the Tauheed Kull (total).

Allah Almighty says: the Hand of Allah is above their hands (48:10)

BAYT (COUPLET)

[O True-Seeker!] If you will come with sincere heart, you will find Allah Present,

There hangs no curtain between the Slave and the Deity of Worship in meeting.

This is identification of the Murshid that he, just through his gaze, covers the each-and-all (jointly and severally) through the Haziraat of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat).

If you are a True-Seeker, then come with me,

And get the honor of the Majlis of Mustafa Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam.

Be informed that in the Qadiri-Sufi-Order, the Seeker is like flower and the rest Orders are like thorns around the flower as they meet disgrace in the sheer captivity of the Nafs but the Qadiri Seeker Mureed is with Credence (Eitiqaad ) because he is honored with Didaar in the very first instance. He has no want of doing Zikr , Fikr and Muraqiba.

I am Murshid of the Qadiri-Sufi-Order, see my worth,

The Abilities of the Qurb of Allah Almighty are clear and open on the Arif.

Jamiyat depends upon Didaar. It is dead when Didaar is not seen.
