Opposition to Nafs is brought about by the Visualization on the navel,

He, who knows not this Course, he is just a bragger,

There are fifty-five Exercises of the Visualization on the navel to head,

Man becomes the Master-of-gaze through the Visualizations in these Exercises,

The Exercise of these Secrets makes a person the Privy of Secrets of Allah Almighty,

It makes him bashful, faithful and deferent,

Marifat is achieved in the quite start of the Exercise ,

He gets life of eternity through it and is endowed with the virtues of Esa Alaihis-Salaam,

Exercise is the ascension of every moment unto Hazoori ,

And the Exercise of becoming Fanaa (Destroyed) in the Noor is realized through Hazoori ,

How can the deprived one identify the Exercise?

He is ignoramus concerning the Marifat of God; he is ass and bull,

The Exercise , without the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat), is much convolute,

He, who does not know this Course, he is just nothing,

Allah Almighty gets this Exercise be done by you by His guidance,

All Strata of the earth and heavens are under the foot of the Exerciser,

You should let you know this thing with Tahqeeq that this Exercise comes in hand by the Taufeeq of God,

? The Exercise of the Arifeen is the Didaar of God all the times,

Exercise is the guide, the Course of mercy and is Haq Numa,

Exercise is the Mashooq (Beloved), the purpose of which is to maintain the Purity of heart all the times,

Exercise does the job of Tasdeeq (verification) of the Course of the Truthful,

Just the beginning of the Exercise takes the Saadiq to the Lamakaan.

His highness Alaihis-Salaam said that: "the deeds of goodness of the virtuous are sins near the Muqarribeen".
