totally Insider of the Secret, The Arifeen are the Aalim, who practices
upon his knowledge, and the Masters-of-gaze (Roshan-Zamir). Be
informed that the sensual Aalim
remains in the captivity of the lust,
greed and jealousy while the Spiritual Aalim becomes honored with the Ilm
of Didaar, which is the favorite Allah Almighty SIGNIFICANCE AND UTILITY OF MURAQIBA Be
illuminated that Muraqiba (is for) the forgiveness of Allah, getting the
honor of the Meeting and Service in the Majlis
of the Holy Prophet Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam 
. The Sensual
Aalim remains caught up in anger and ire (Khasham) because of the Jalaaliyat
of the too much Ilm he has whereas the light of the Eye (Chasham) of
Marifat is gained by the Spiritual Aalim by virtue of the Jamaaliyat
. Hence, the company of the People of Chasham (eye) and the People
of Khasham can never be equal.

Cleanliness of the Inward, Ilm
Uloom of Beneficence
and grant, refraining the
Nafs
from greed and desire and arrogance, going unto 'naught' from 'existing'
and becoming non-existent from existent, becoming the one, with a dead body
through the absolute embodiment of the Fanaa
(Destroyed) in Visualization
of
the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
,
becoming honored with the Wahdat of the Marifat
of the Didaar
of God, eruption
of heart every now and then, Purification of all Haft-Andaam
of the Seeker
through the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat),
becoming openly Roshan-Zamir
because of the overwhelming Muhabbat
(Cordiality
and Affection), perpetual wakefulness of heart and seeing the Mushahida
of the
Didaar - all these things are achieved. The Seeker,
endowed with eyesight, should trust in the Mushahida of the complete
(Kulliya) Didaar. These Maratib are of that Qalb and Qaalib (outer
and inner), which is totally filled with the Noor of the Sustainer
of Worlds
.
That Seeker, who does not believe in the Qurb and Mushahida of
Hazoori and the Didaar of God, he is outcast (and banished). Moreover,
the opportunity of shaking hand with each and every Holy Prophet and Wali-Allah
is got through Muraqiba (and he) becomes Drowned endowed with Taufeeq.
That, which he sees in the Inward, he finds in the Outward
with the Jamiyat of Tahqeeq
(verification) provided that he is familiar
with the Ahwaal of the Nemul-Badal of the Muraqiba he should
have the eternal Beneficence-and-Fazal and should be keeping the word
of the Real Tryst endowed with Wasal of the '"and fulfill your (part of)
covenant, I shall fulfill (My part of) covenant" (2:40)
. These are his Maratib
of the first day. That is, Jamiyat, that is, the Maratib of Jamaal
should be achieved by him. Only then his Muraqiba will be Legitimate
(and permissible) because (in this case) he will be on Haq (Truth)
from the end of God.
