Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: Faqeer is needy of none except Allah Almighty.

The Laa-Yuhtaaj Faqeer uses to be the Kaamil Master of Visualization in the Ilm of the Dawat e Takseer. In Gaze of Tasarruf of the Kaamil , the Akseer is Paaris.

BAYT (COUPLET)

I am Kaamil (Perfect) and Aamil and the Haq Numa (displayer of Haq) as well,

I am needy of none besides Allah Almighty.

That, which the writer Faqeer (Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe) says, does not say in wake of greed and desire but does say under the Order of God and the Permission of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. It should be known that the Arifeen Faqeers are like goldsmiths (and moneychangers). Hence, they can judge the good and bad through just a look by virtue of the Inwardly purity of heart same like a goldsmith, who just by look identifies the gold and silver.

Be enlightened that the Ilm of the Wardaat-e-Ghaibi (experiences of the occurrences of the unseen) and the Futuhaat-e-Laraibi (conquests which are of free of any doubt) is received from the Faqeers Arif-Bi-Allah on the basis of which, the Miracles of Muhammad Mustafa Prophet Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam revealed. The Tasarruf of Fazal continued after the Migration of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. Hence, the Ilhaam of the Inwardly Ilm of the Invisible takes place completely by virtue of the Auspiciousness (and blessing) and the companionship Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. Wonder not nor do find any fault with this Ilm of the Unseen as it is of the Tareeq (way) of the Tahqeeq (verification). That person, who doubts in it, he is irreligious and that person, who has reached onto the Maratib of the Ain-ul-Ayan, he is the Roshan-Zamir (with enlightenment). All things are open before him as disclosed.

Remember that the identification of the person without Eimaan , untruthful and Mushrik (Polytheist), and the person with Eimaan and Saadiq, finding the hour of good on the Friday, finding out the Ism-e-Azam from the Ninety-Nine Names of God, identifying the Ahl-e-Allah amongst the common people, and finding the Shab e Baraat in the month of Ramadhan, all can be found with Taufeeq and without Riyazat and Obedience within a moment by the Haziraat of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) and he can discover from the Spirits through the Murshid-e-Kaamil the Arif-Bi-Allah Aulia the Master of Wilayat.
