(SECRETS AND MYSTERIES OF WORD 'ILM' Aien Laam Meem
This is the 'knowing' of the Ilm! Ilm
means 'remaining as one, who is of Allah
forever' and studying Tasawvuf Outwardly,
remaining always the Purifier of heart, observing Iqraar
(Declaration) through tongue and Tasdeeq
through heart, and remaining of
heart always in the Extol (the Praise of Lord ). Hazrat
Muhammad Lo!
The Ilm-of-Outward is the parable of (oil) lamp by which every house of
world is lighted and the Ilm-of-Inward (Inwardly Ilm) is the likeness of
sun by which the entire world receives Beneficence. The Aalim-Bi-Allah
Arif is as the similitude of sun which daily rises and removes the darkness
always. Hence, Faqeer is the light of sun and the world is
dark. Allah
Almighty O
dear! It should be known that the whole world, from the Arsh till beneath
the sod (earth) and all things of the earth and heavens are like a water
bubble which is filled all over with air. The realm of the Wujood (body)
of the Master-of-Ilm is also like water bubble. Hence, it is revealed
that the Wujood (Body) of the Faqeer is like river. Tauheed , Mushahida
, Qurb
of Hazoor
(and) the Anwaar
of Didaar originate from the Ocean
of Marifat. And the Aalim of the Ilm of the Hayyul
Qayyum
Mil-Ladunni 
)
: the Aien of Ilm delivers (you) unto
the most high. 
:
the Laam
of Ilm makes (you) Laa-Yuhtaaj. 
:
the Meem
of Ilm , by making you the Mard of God, provides you Muhabbat
(Cordiality and Affection), Marifat, Mushahida and the Majlis of the
Holy Messengers (of Allah) Alaihimus-Salaam
and
the Aulia-Allah Rahmatu-Allah Ta'ala Alaihim
.
Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
said
that: declaring through tongue and acknowledging
through heart.
says: Allah
is the Protecting Friend
of those who believe. He brings them out
of darkness into light (2:257)
is the parable of River
and the water bubbles are more in river. The time when the water of the
river breaks the bubble of water, air escapes from it and it mixes into the
river and all water looks river. No matter even if the Aalim does Sawaab
for his whole life, even then he is the likeness of water bubble, is not water.
And Faqeer is a Bey-Hijaab pearl in ocean. What need of Sawaab
is to the Bey-Hijaab? (He does not need). The difference between the Aalim
, Faqeer
Ulema
and Aulia-Allah
is the same as is in the water
bubble and the river.
