The Kalimah is found upon witnessing the Majlis of the Wali-Allah Faqeers and the Noble Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and through this is got the welfare of the entire creatures and the fulfillment.

Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: Better amongst you is he, who gives benefit to the creatures of God.

If Faqeer wills, he can get the poor, powerless, beggar seated on the throne as king and can gift him, and if he wills, he can overthrow the king. That Faqeer , who is the Master of the Visualization Fi Allah, he has authority of every kind of the order of God and the Sanctuary (Court) of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam.

Tongue of Faqeers is the Sword of the Beneficent.

That is, they watch comprehensively from the Lahoot and Lamakaan.

It should remain clear that, that person, who is denier of the Aulia-Allah , that is, the Friends of Allah, the Faqeers and Dervishes , he Unremittingly remains perplexed (and turbulent) and lacks Jamiyat. Qurb of Lord, Visualization, Tasarruf and the Noor of Hazoor endowed with Tawajuh are got through the Dawat Lutuf ul Kareem. However, the Decadence (and downfall) is faced through the Dawat Qehar e Azeem and the everlasting progress is achieved everyday through the Dawat Lutuf ul Kareem.

Remember that only he is the Kaamil Wali-Allah Aalim , Aamil , Arif-Bi-Allah , Waasil Mukammil Fi Allah, Right Akmal Baqaa-Bi-Allah , who does not at all engage the Seeker Mureed , Truthful Pupil and Saadiq Kaish in Zikr , Fikr and Wird and Wazaaif but instead should get him honored at once with the Majlis of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and equal the Martaba of the Seeker up to his own Martaba and should get him granted with the Offices and Maratib of the Hidayat and Wilayat from the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam in Inward.

That Pir-e-Kaamil and Murshid-e-Kaamil , who has the Maratib of Unremitting Hazoori , for him it is nothing difficult and not out of question to take a person in the Majlis of the Noble Prophet Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. That Pir Murshid, who is not able to take the Seeker to the Hazoori , he is Imperfect (Naqis). It is absolutely Haraam (Illicit) to seek Talqeen from such an Imperfect and Unfinished Pir Murshid. The Offices of Pir and Mureed are got through the Visualization and Hazoori of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat). This Course is not of irreligiousness, which will become handy without Sidq and Tasdeeq. A Murshid is well aware of the Maratib of the Hazoori of the Qurb of God. That Murshid, who is not aware of the Qurb of God, he is going astray. For him, both offices of the Pir and Mureed are Haraam (Illicit).

Be illuminated that the necessary Ilm-of-Outward and the Ilm-of-Inward (Inwardly Ilm) are individual-obligation on the wise, Master of intelligence the Seeker of the Marifat of the Hazoori of Allah.
