HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

First Destination [of the Seeker] is this that he should become Fanaa-Fi-Shaikh (Destroyed in Shaikh), and then he should become Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destroyed in Allah). The Shaikh [Murshid] causes life in the heart and causes death to the Nafs.

Moreover, these are the exact meanings of the Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destruction in Allah).

BAYT (COUPLET)

You should make your body latent (and hidden) inside the Name Allah,

As the letter of alphabet Alif () has become latent (and hidden) inside the Bismillah

**[originally the words were Bi Ism Allah but with the passage of time the letter "Alif" was omitted in writing as a common practice and it became Bismillah instead. So, the letter Alif is now invisible] **

That person, who is all the time remains Drowned in Fanaa in the Essence of Allah Almighty, Both-the-Worlds are obedient to him and are under his command. When the Arif of Allah reaches unto this Station, he says Ain-Ba-Ain Haq. Hears the Haq, sees the Haq, and worships Haq (Truth) with Muhabbat. He, Outwardly, remains Conscientious and Inwardly Mast.

Only that thing seeps out of every pot, which is inside it.

Honor (and saintliness) is [got] by Ilm and Deference, not by origin and decent.

That, which is obvious, needs not to be expressed!

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

He [Allah Almighty] is same in His Splendor as He had ever been.

Allah Almighty says: You exalt whom You will and You abase whom You will. (3:26)

All are, but the worshippers of the Nafs, the worshippers of God are rare.

As for him, who has his Lord everything is of him!
