BAYT (COUPLET)

To the Seekers of dignity, pomp and wealth,

Allah Almighty keeps them barred from His Wisaal.

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

Ilm is the biggest Hijaab.

That cover that was on the eyes of Satan was that of the Ilm. And that Ilm that does not take unto the Fear of the life to come by taking one out of the worldly greed and temptation and does not incline a person unto Conscientiousness, piety (Khuda tarsi) and keeping vigil (the night long) after separating him from heedlessness and does not differentiate between Halaal (admissible) and Haraam (inadmissible) but instead instigate him towards taking bribes, duplicity and lying and he does not give justice to own soul and forgets the orders of the Deen and strives in accumulating Dunya (World) and the wealth and riches, then this cannot be called the Ilm as instead the Ilm is that, which reaches unto the "Known" [the Knower of the invisible and the visible]. When you have been reminded, you should Fear from God and should choose pietism otherwise you will be a thief, the brigand of the Deen and totally a spurious schemer (Heela baz).

BAYT (COUPLET)

Ignorance is better than that Ilm,

Which does not remove bad traits in you!

One should trust in this thing. Ilm is of two kinds. One is that Ilm that gives birth to vanity and desires of Nafs. This is Satanic Ilm.

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

That person in whose heart will be vanity and arrogance even of the size of an atom, he will not be able to enter the Garden.

Second is Divinely Ilm, which gives birth to mercy in heart, makes [a person] practical (follower of Faith) and grants him autonomy and liberty (Istaqlaal) in Deen.
