People believer I am in them, but I am with Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam in the Inward,

O Ahl-al-Wasool! Listen [carefully]! This is the only way for the Arifeen.

[O Real-Seeker!] Lo! There are Five Tastes in the human body:

1.      Taste of eating and drinking

2.      Taste of sexual intercourse with woman (coitus)

3.      Taste of power of rule

4.      Taste of Ilm

All these four Tastes are equal. And

5.      Taste of Almighty Haq

When the Taste of Almighty Evolver enters the human body, all the rest four Tastes flee away as taste of food flees away of a sick person.

In addition, the whole body of the human being is in the captivity of Ten Devils. Those Ten Devils are:

1.      Two eyes

2.      Two ears

3.      Two hands

4.      Two feet

5.      One mouth

6.      One stomach

Stomach is the biggest Satan. When stomach is full, the other nine Devils remain hungry and when stomach is empty, the other nine Devils remain away of evil doing due to their state of satiety.

ABYAAT (COUPLETS)

That person, who takes breath saying Hu Hu, his soul gets ripped into pieces,

The name of Bahu is contiguous with Hu, what fear can come unto him,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! In your name, Baa is with Bism and Alif with Ism [e Allah],

Therefore, wash away every that thing from your heart which is besides Hu,

Through Hu is achieved the Enlightenment of conscience (Roshan-Zamiri),

The Wao of Wahdat pulls the Faqeer Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destroyed in Allah) unto it,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! Yaa Hu has become the lifeblood in your body,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! Therefore, at the hour of every difficulty, you should read Yaa Hu,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! Find the Ism-e-Azam in the Hu,

Hu is [a] Reality, tell not its Secret to anybody,
