By the Fanaa (Destruction) and Baqaa (Rebirth and immortality) is meant that: "He brings forth the living from the dead and He brings forth the dead from the living (30:19). Hence if (He) wants He can Destroy the whole realm within one breath and if He wants He can make the entire realm "the living" and "eternal" forever (P105 Emir ul Konain).
