Muhikal Faqar (Qalan)

When one comes to know God, becomes Arif-Bi-Allah and his Ilm stands the Friend of Haq with Ruh (Spirit). Moreover, he, who believed himself [Aalim], Ilm causes him indulged in bribe, greed and Nafsaniyat (sensuality). [In deficiency of right Ilm], his Inward becomes weakened. Moreover, Ilm has existence (and entity).

The Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: The [Outwardly] Ilm is the greatest Hijaab [before Lord].

[And as the Sufis say,] this existence (and entity) is all Hijaab even though in this existence (and entity) is the worship and abundant Sawaab . Therefore, if twenty parts are of Ilm and one part is of Hilm (Forbearance), if he will not read this one part if Hilm (Forbearance), the twenty parts of Ilm will not give him benefit because Hilm (Forbearance) is [caliber] of the forbearer and the Haleem (The Forbearing One) is Name of Allah Almighty.

Allah is sufficient; everything other than Allah is just lust (and greed)!

[In addition, some Sufis say that] Ilm is the upshot of the Hilm (Forbearance).

[O Seeker !] Be informed that those Ulema , who are of the Ulema of Divine Word, are the Arif of Word Allah. Their tongue opens [and extends in saying that, which is Haq ] and they clamor all the time. Allah Almighty likes their Word of Divine Grace. The Ability hears that [which they read]. The Arif-Bi-Allah Faqeers always observe Silence. That is, he, who has identified his Lord, his tongue turns mute (and speechless) . This so because they always remain Silent due to the Zikr-e-Khafi of the Provider, the Qurb of the Provider, the Magnificence of the Provider, the Awe of the Provider, the Marifat of the Provider and the Deference (Adab) of the Provider because the Maratib of Marifat increase by Silence and the Hijaabaat lift up. Every Station of the Mushahida is liked by the Arif-Bi-Allah . Same as Taste is got through the recitation of the Holy Quran, Taste is got by the Arif-Bi-Allah from the Kaamil Tajalliyaat of the Noor of Lord and Drowning into the Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destruction in Allah). Sweetness is in the beginning of the recitation as well as in the end of the recitation (of Holy Quran). It is as if every word of the Holy Quran is arrow against the enemies of God, that is, the Nafs and the Satan, which slashes their souls, and the Arif-Bi-Allah Attentive unto Allah Immersed (and Absorbed) in the Name Allah is as if he slaughters the enemies of God Almighty and beheads them. [In this way,] he comes in peace against the agitation and battle [against the Nafs and Satan].
