He establishes his spiritual link and relation that Prophet or Wali or Angel by the Inwardly Electrical Power of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat )and assumes his virtue by getting filled by his Inwardly Personality and Noor and does same thing which he can do. Since ever Prophet and every Wali and every angel has a specific Caliber in the Inward , for example, if a Kaamil Arif needs rain and since Allah Almighty has deputed Hazrat Israfeel (Raphael) Alaihis-Salaam for this job and he is the in charge and officer on all clouds, therefore, Kaamil Arif unites his Damm with Hazrat Israfeel (Raphael) Alaihis-Salaam by means of the power of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) and on whichever country and city he wants to rain can do as much as he wants by the Ability of Allah Almighty. In the same way, he gets filled and enriched with the Noor of Hazrat Izraeel Alaihis-Salaam and seizes the life of that enemy whom he grasps in his Damm (Breath).

Those days, when this Faqeer used to lead Congressional Prayers at the Masjid of the Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hazrat Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe , there came a severe episode of famine. There was no rain anywhere. Pilgrims often asked me to pray for rain after Assalaat (Prayers). During those days, once this Faqeer was asleep in my room that I saw in incidence that I was standing in the Masjid along with a few unknown persons. They ask me to lead them as Imaam in Congressional Prayers. In the event thereof, I accepted and raised my hands for prayers standing ahead of them and prayed Dua e Istisqaa (prayer for rains). Here I saw my body had grown very large and hands extended from the east to west and my palms grew so much heavy as if I was lifting mountains on them. The time I finished the prayers and saw above unto sky, there were dark clouds everywhere. That time, I woke up and that was the time of noon and there was sunlight outside. Again, when I closed my eyes, I saw rain water everywhere outside. In short, when I decided to go for Zohar Prayers, again there was no sign of clouds on sky.
