15.  Fifteenth Treasure is that Ilm and Hikmat by which the Seeker gets these treasures of Ilm and Hikmat from the Kaamil Faqeer

Who is called (genuine) Faqeer? Kaamil Faqeer is he, who should be the treasurer of the treasuries of Beneficence-and-Fazal of Allah Almighty who, through the Ayan Tawajuh or by means of the Wird of the Zubaan (words) of Ism-e-Azam, gets the Seeker this ad infinitum wealth granted. When the Seeker has brought all these treasures of Hidayat and Ghanayat into his Tasarruf and has the share of every treasure (and fortune), there lasts no kind of worry, agony, rue and regret in his heart. The Arifeen are familiar with the Ilm Uloom of the Visualization and Tasarruf of the Outward and the Inward. This Course is not of saying (Farmaish) but it is the Course of Numaish (demonstration); this Course is not of words and speech but is of [Ayan and] test and observing Outwardly with one's own eyes.

Such Kaamil Murshid is quite rare and uncommon in the world. Allah Almighty is witness to my condition that the previously mentioned words of mine fit on my own state.

For the truthfulness of my condition, His knowing is sufficient.

These are Maratib of the entirety of the Marifat of Wisaal , O Seeker with poor idea! Which Way is that [through which such a Martaba is achieved that] the Seeker, whenever wills, is honored with Didaar and whenever wills, enters the Pure Majlis of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam? That Way is of the Ultimate Visualization of the Haziraat of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) that is conferred upon the Seeker. This is the beginning of the end. This is that Ilm that every Ilm falls in this Ilm; and entire treasures of the Kimiya (alchemy) of Hikmat open by this Ilm. It is called Ilm-e-Kulli (all-embracing knowledge), which is received by the true Intrepid-devotee Seekers the Arifeen Ba-Khuda the Masters of wisdom, [directly] from a Holy Prophet or Wali in a way as one lamp is lighted by other lamp, or light is received by sun from sun and moon from moon, Prophet from Prophet and Wali from Wali! This Ilm cannot [not] be acquired through any way and institution like formal knowledge is customarily acquired. This is the Ilm of Hayyu-Qayyum Allah. This Ilm is Seenah-Ba-Seenah (propagated as secret from one bosom to next bosom), not the Ilm is from animus to animus. Ilm must be inside the chest, Ilm is not likely inside vindictiveness.
