Highness knows this that deep-rooted action did not take part with group of the renegade subjects in their treason by its order and did not followed the rule of half mine and half yours. All say it 'instructions for action' that these should be followed by eradication and strategy should be applied and the slyness and corruption (and mischief), which is their root, should vanish in one attempt. If this rebellious group is expelled out in the very beginning, disruption and humiliation will arise in the fortified state. Hence, its defense is better ensured by following the demands of wise decisions. King said that the mandate and ministry pertains to you. Follow every that course which pertains to the welfare of state!
