At
least, Nimrood
could easily have said this in reply that 'Sun also rises with
my command. O Ibrahim !
If your Lord causes the sun to rise in the East, so you ask Him to cause it
come up from the West'. However, he did not say this because Hazrat
Ibrahim Alaihis-Salaam
adhered to his former argument of 'giving life and causing death'. However,
here Allah
Almighty has expediently described in the words and terminology of
'from Outward
to Inward
and from virtual to real' of the 'giving birth and
causing death' and since the matter of 'giving birth and causing death'
pertains to Ruh
(Spirit) and Amar
(Command) and this is affair of the Realm of
Ability instead of the Realm of Sources, therefore, this has been mentioned in
an Inwardly
Enigma and Spiritual Shade. Now we raise curtain from this reality.
The
Invisible Form of the Subtlety
of the Spirit
in the body of the human being is
like sun that it is keeping the body alive and lively, that is, warm and
bright. At the time of death, when the sun of spirit
sets in the darkness of
death and Fanaa
, the human body becomes cold, dark and disconnected and a
total darkness of death and Fanaa
overlaps him. That is why the person dying,
at the time of his death, feels the time as that time of Asar (afternoon) when
sun is nearing its setting in the west as Ibne Maaja has reported a Hadis
with
reference of Jabir Bin Abdullah that he said that he heard the Holy Prophet of
Allah
Hazrat
Muhammad Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam saying 'when it is the time of death
of a person, he sees sun setting and he, rubbing his eyes, says that let him
free so that he might offer the Assalaat
of Asar as his Assalaat
ul Asar
appears him being missed'. There are also other Dictums of this kind and that is
why some Commentators have called the Assalaat
(Prayers) of Asar the 'Assalaat
ul Wustaa' . Moreover, we have also heard some Persons who
offer Assalaat
regularly saying at the hour of death 'give me water, my
Assalaat
ul Asar feels being missed'. In addition, the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat
Muhammad Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam used to instruct and advise the Holy
Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum to fight with more
zeal and enthusiasm at the time of Asar as the time of Asar deeply resembles
and feels like the time of death and death occurs easily and quickly.

Now
we revert to our principal topic. Hazrat
Ibrahim Alaihis-Salaam
has said to Nimrood
that his Lord is He, who gives life to people and causes
them death. Since the head of Nimrood
had been preoccupied by the supposition
of being 'god', he said that he gave life to people and caused them die and his
command ruled over the living and dying of the people. Here, Hazrat
Ibrahim Alaihis-Salaam
applied the Inwardly
Tone and said to him that his Lord was He, who makes the
Sun of Spirit
rise inside the body of every living being from the East of the
Azal
and causes this Sun set in the West of Fanaa. If he (Nimrood) was god and
the Sun of Spirit
rises and sets in the bodies of the living beings, then why
was it that that the subject of your country and especially your near and dear
ones daily pass away the world without his desire, permission and intention and
why did the Sun of Spirit
of their bodies set down, although, you do not like
them die and you weep over their deaths. Hence if you (Nimrood) is god and the
life and death of people is in your authority, that is, the rise and fall of
the Sun of Spirit
is in your control, then ask that Sun of Spirit
rise from the
West where it has set and cause him life who has already died without your
(Nimrood's) will but you will never be able to do this and O brainless! Even
you are going to taste death one day and your Sun of Spirit
will also descend
in West. In addition, Allah
the Hayyu-Qayyum  only is the Real and
Original Lord and Owner of the entire universe including this Spirit
of Sun and
all affairs of universe run under the Will of Allah
Almighty and He is the
Original Sustainer and O
Accursed! You are just a powerless, disable and subdued earthly mortal slave of
Him. Hence, against this powerful argument and logical reason, that Kaafir
became astonished, stunned and answerless because he had been clearly shown his
inability and powerlessness with proof and every person indentifies and
believes in Allah
Almighty because of his inability and powerlessness against
His Decree of Death as a poet says:
Death
has made man helpless otherwise he is that tyrant,
That
will never acknowledged God if there is no death.
