[of Ishq] is the Pure Inward, but where it is available free of
hardship? 'Hardship'
means getting rid of [the Self-conceit of] "me and mine", Without getting
rid of the sensual egotism, where is the Purity of Inward
available? If you put on even
the coarse jute garment like Faqeers, of what use? How can it fit for
your Dervish like nature? This coarse jute
garment is all ostentation (and Khud-Faroshi), Where there is ostentation,
how can [the Stations] of Faqar and Fanaa be achieved
there? O friend! You are
just ostentatious in garb of the coarse jute garment, At last where has
gone your penitence of your such thinking? O friend! You should
