Koorhee Raam kahaanee hoo
Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe
says that the Seekers of Dunya
(World)
are as the likeness of dogs that wander here and there perplexed for the demand
of bone and when two or more dogs see a bone, they fight, bite and harm each
other for bone. Every day we see that, the life of the Worldly persons is spent
fighting all their lives. Likeness of Dunya
(World) is as the saline water and
the Seeker
of Dunya
(World) is like that thirsty person, whose thirst cannot be
quenched. His thirst increases more as much as he drinks more. His thirst goes
on increasing and is never quenched and his thirsty heart never finds
satisfaction and peace. At the end, he
advises the treatment of this that 'its treatment
is the Zikr
of the Sustainer
only through it, the thirst of one's heart is quenched as Allah
Almighty says:
is sufficient; everything other than Allah
is just lust (and greed)!
