of the Haziraat and Naziraat , and has the Taufeeq of the Gaze
endowed with ability. He possesses complete ability of bringing each-and-all
creatures from the East to West (jointly and severally) in his Tasarruf . The
[Kaamil ] Faqeer is the Master-of-Authority (and volition):
he can cause a poor person to become the king or can dethrone a king and throw
