4.                                                                              Speaking with Allah Almighty. Receiving Complete-Answer-as-Advice-and-help (Jawaab-ba-Sawab ) through Ilhaam and Message.

The Murshid eligible to issue Irshaad is he that in his front should be the Holy Quran with Tafseer . Of the Ahadees of the Prophet and the Ahadis-e-Qudsi, he should be Aalim-Aamil , Faazil Faqhee Kaamil (Perfect) able to grant of Beneficence to (every) ordinary and proper person seeking Ilm . The Ilm of Fiqah, the books of Fiqah and the issues pertaining thereto should be in his right hand and the Haffaaz of the Words of Divine Revelation (preservers of the Holy Quran in memory and bosom), the Arifeen-Bi-Allah Subhaani, entire Faqeers with chaste Inward, and the Mardaan Commemorators rapt in Allah the Masters of Immersion (and Absorption) should be in his left hand side. And the People-of-Dunya and the seekers of Dunya (World) should be in back side. That Murshid , who is endowed with these calibers, [is the Murshid-e-Kaamil ]. First the Seeker sees towards the Murshid . Sees the entire Course. And the Murshid Gazes upon the Seeker and sees all the sins inside his body. When the Seeker has found the Course from the Murshid , his body became free of sins and left the Baatil . The Almighty Haq is found thereafter. Then the Seeker should Demand Talqeen from the Murshid endowed with Yaqeen . When he has got Yaqeen from the Murshid, after this the whole satisfaction of heart is achieved. Then is the education and teaching, submissiveness of Saleem heart, Hilm of the Haleem confided to Haq. After this, the Murshid should Initiate him on his hand and give Talqeen .

Six Taa are received by Talqeen :

Tark (Abnegation) with Taa, Tawakul (Trush) with Taa, Tauheed (Oneness) with Taa, Tarrahum (Commiseration) with Taa, Tawazeh (Courtesy and service) with Taa, Tawalla Bar Khuda with Taa and the Tamamiyat (Entirety) of Faqar and Marifat of God with Taa! This one is called Absolute Faqeer .

The Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: The Sustenance of Faqeer is that which he just receives and dress of Faqeer is that which just covers him and his abode is that where he just sits.

He is the forbearing one (Haleem) Human, who has reached onto these Maratib .
