He
is Murshid, who makes the Seeker obedient unto Muakal Outwardly
or grants the Faqar of-Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa
Aa-lehee Wa-sallam Hence,
that Murshid , who does not open these Stations and Ahwaal
upon Talqeen since the very first day, it is found that that Murshid
is Imperfect, Incomplete and Undeveloped. And he, who desires that the Seeker
of Allah Allah
Almighty [In
addition,] the Dawat
of the Master of Sight conquers the entire the Aulia-Allah. Allah Almighty 
by
Inward that his heart should become endowed with Tawakul with Jamiyat
. He, who has not the Maratib of Muakal , and has not the Maratib
of the one, who has Tawakul (is not the Murshid-e-Kaamil )
because Riyazat is for Raaz (Secret) and Mujahida is for Mushahida
and Abudiyat is for Rabubiyat and the Sirr is for the curtain
on the door of the harem of Mysteries and the Seeker of Lord
is for the Didaar of
Lord and the Marifat
of Lord is for the Meharmiyyat
(intimacy) and Muhabbat (cordiality and affection) is for the ache
of Ishq and Zikr is for the Beneficence of Lord and Fikr and Fikr
is for Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destruction in Allah) and the Fanaa-Fi-Allah is for Baqaa-Bi-Allah
(Rebirth with Allah
)
and the Nafs is for Muhaasba and Mukashifa . should stand unshaken
on Haal and should attain unto the Spiritual Jamiyat
against
the accidents (and going-on) of Satan and the desire of Nafs
, as
it is the Absolute Ability of the Subhan, and that the Credence
(Eitiqaad ) of the Seeker should not become corrupt and that
he should stay safe from Decadence (and downfall) in Wisaal ,
then it is essential that the Murshid should, first, grant two Ilm
to the Seeker. One is the Name Allah
and
the Name Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa
Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
as there is the absolute (efficacious)
effectiveness (and the impact) of the Tafseer
endowed with Roshan-Zamir (Illuminated
Conscience) in it. And secondly, he should give the Ilm of Dawat as
the Ilm of Dawat is the Universal. That Seeker,
who has the Ilm of (efficacious) effectiveness (and the
impact) and the Ilm of Takseer , is Mustaghni (by
renunciation) and Laa-Yuhtaaj . The specialty of the Sharah of
Dawat is this that the Dawat through the Holy Quran is the
guide of the way, leader and well-established for the Both-the-Worlds.
The Holy Quran and the Sharah (exposition) of Dawat are separate
and distinct and the Dawat e Juzve, Dawat
e Kull
, Dawat
e Fikr
, Dawat
e Tajalliyaat
of the Noor
of Allah
and the Dawat
e Muntahi are by the Faqeer
Wali-Allah
.
says: Allah
is
the Protecting Friend
of those who believe. He brings them out of darkness into
light (2:257)
says: Lo! Verily friends of Allah
are (those)
on whom fear (comes) not, nor do they grieve. (10:62)
