Jamiaul Asrar

People are crossing the Pul-Siraat. (Some) are entering the Paradise; (some) are being sent to the Hell. The People of Didaar are taking pleasure in seeing the Didaar of Lord in the Garden (of Eternity) and are successfully enjoying the Masti of the Liqaa of Haq. Its name is Muraqiba and this is the very Station of the Acceptance! This is [also] called the Station of the Istaghraaq e Wahdat. Through this Muraqiba is achieved the degree of: "When Faqar reaches unto its extremity (and entirety), that is Allah. That person, who is not believer of the Didaar of Allah Almighty and doubts in it, he becomes Kaafir. We seek refuge in Allah against this.

As his highness the Imaam ul Muslimeen Hazrat Abu Hanifa Kufi Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe seventy times saw Almighty Haq in dream and seeing Almighty Haq in dream is admissible (and acceptable). That dream or Muraqiba, which is of the Aulia-Allah or that phase, when they undergo the dream of ignorance during they do the Zikr, that dream is not their (slumber of) ignorance but instead they remain aware (and alert) in every sense. However, the common people fall in sleep with negligence. Their slumber can be called the dream of ignorance because they are unaware and their hearts are dead and woebegone.

Allah Almighty says: Whoso is blind here will be blind in Hereafter (17:72) ***

Muraqiba is not the name of this thing that eyes are shut like cat for the sake of (catching a) rat. This Muraqiba of the People of Khatraat is not (the desired) Muraqiba and those, who practice this kind of Muraqiba; they are the People of Taqleed (Muqallad) and Dead Hearted persons.

Listen O People of Didaar! When the person, doing Muraqiba engages in Zikr, (he) comes forth like a dead person by this Muraqiba of the Zikr and Fikr.
