As
long as the star of the existentiality (self) of the Saalik
has not set in the west, the sun of the eternal Baqaa does not rise in
the sky of the Beneficence
of the Azal and the dawn of Fikr,
by which the Darkness the Zawaal
(Decadence (and downfall)) is
dispelled, does not manifest. However, if it manifests (and shows itself), it
gives a lot of benefit. When the evidences of the Invisible
appear in the night like the Malik ul Maut
(the Angel of death) and
those, which are violating (and ravishing), get dispelled, the dawn
of the Shahood (Evident) Wahdat rises in the horizon of the Reality.
At that time, the secret of "(bright) lamp is on it, thus, the dawn broke" ABYAAT (COUPLETS) All the hopes materialized by the Hawaadis
(proceedings and accidents), When the tune of Noor shown from Konain (the
world and the Next World), Azaan (Calls for Prayers)
started everywhere, When the sun of dawn was rising to shine And
the Muhaqaqeen have said that the slaughtering of the Four
Birds means getting rid of the four bad traits which are: the Pigeon of
Desire which is always amiable with the creation. Its killing means this that
you should always keep away of the people and should break the tie of Ulfat (affinity) with
people. And the Cock of Shahwat always inclines towards Shahwat.
You should slay it and become free from Shahwat. The Crow of Greed
(and grasping), which always inclines unto greediness, killing it
means giving up the greed. The Peacock of Pomp, which is a cluster
of pomp and d?cor, you should hang it on gibbet and should never gaze
upon the
makeup (to show off) and you should keep yourself away of the greed of worldly
pomp and display. Thus, you should slaughter all these bad features through the
Sword of Mujahida. Not all the previously mentioned birds can be slaughtered
without the Sword of Mujahida. When you will get the everlasting life
and infinite existence upon their death, you will never die then in all the
times to come as is evident from the following Sacred Hadis: HADIS (Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Verily, the Aulia-Allah (friends of Allah) do
not die.
