35-36 That
one straight path leads to Allah
Almighty whereas there are many ways
not-straight paths (which are wrong and lead astray). Therefore, that traveler
and wayfarer who travels for a specific destination, he should have to set each
step with caution and with regularity lest he should go astray. On the other
hand, a vagabond and aimless traveler who has no objective and set destination,
he is free of any restraint. He goes where wind takes him. He is free in every
way. Moreover, in order to hit a particular target, one has to employ a hard
effort, take much care and caution while shooting but he is free of every
regularity and limit who is shooting a gun or arrows without any target. Hence,
that religion and nation, whose desired destination and aim of life is the
secreted, covered, most invisible and beyond the scopes of wisdom and intellect
the Essence
like Allah
Almighty, its course will be having countless rules and
many limits because of its length and being extremely complex and
indiscernible. It is a sign of the civilization and culture of a country that
many rules and laws have been imposed and abided by there but a savage and
uncultured area is free of all kinds of restrictions and laws and here blood
shedding and robberies are spread everywhere day and night. Now look at the
religions and faiths of all the world. Those much orders and restrains and the
laws and principles which are present in Islam, no other religions possesses
even a fraction of this. Take any of the religions in the world. None of these
have the orders and prohibitions equal to Islam. However, observe the religion
Islam that no action, word, move and stop of any sphere of life has been left
since one's arrival in the lap of his mother till his arrival in grave which is
without the imperatives of countless orders and prohibitions. Moreover, the
Maratib
of Obligations, Essentials, Sunnat
and Recommendatory things have been
defined in the Orders and the degrees of the Haraam, Makrooh (detested thing),
'the detested up to the level of banned' and the 'detested up to the level of
disapproved' have also been classified and declared amongst the Haraam
things.
Faith (Eimaan) has been divided into five elements: Beliefs, Worships, Matters,
Behavior and conduct (and ethics) and Sociality and each of said chapter has
hundreds of sub-chapters and articles. * For
example, take the Beliefs (Aqaid). In this the Beliefs of the Zaat
Bahjat,
concerning Sifaat
e Ilaahiya
and concerning Risaalat etcetera are separate and
of every Saqeela and Hafeefa, there are two degrees. The detail of the Four-Elements
in the Worships is so lengthy that the life of a person ends but the list is
not fully memorized. Conditions are separate, Elements are distinct, Essentials
are unique, Recommendatory things are distinctive, Makroohaat (detested things)
are separate and Mufsadaat are other. From head to toe, no matter whatever is
the organ, a special Worship
is for it and many kinds of restrictions in shape
of Dos and Don'ts are applicable on it in every step and in each instant. The
list of Muamlaat
is even longer than this that from the king to a beggar, each
person of every segment and vocation and whatever occupation he has chosen, for
example, trade, agriculture, production and industry, in short, there is no
profession on which the Shariyat
of-Muhammad Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam has not applied
countless Dos and Don'ts and a lot of limitations so that no human being should
come under any kind of undue pressure because of any profession and business
and he should remain safe against every kind of injustice and oppression and
looting and prowling. Then there is no aspect of imaginations, impressions,
habits and traits in the Behavior and conduct (and ethics) which has been
overlooked. In the same way, in Sociality, the best treatment and dealing
between all the creations like humans, cattle, plants, inanimate objects, in
short, all kinds of the creations have been defined and controlled through a
system of Dos and Don'ts. And the most astonishing accomplishment is that it
not just the Maujoodaat and events but also the imaginative power of the human
being, which devises even the most impossible things in mind, is not free of
implication of some Fatwa
for its permissibility and impermissibility from the Shariyat
of-Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam.
In short, this ambit of the principles and laws of the Shariyat
of-Muhammad Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam is as vast as it should
be according to Glory of the Sacred Essence
of Allah
Almighty which is the
Destination of this Pure (holy) Religion, its aim and prime objective.
These rules and laws are still in practice even in this era of poor practice.
Thus, you will see this dead nation busy and engaged in the Worship
of its
Creator and Lord day and night in every place and in every time. Irfan (Volume 2) IRFAAN 2 pdf download Install app |
