However, that Noori Quran, which has been '(set down) by scribes; noble and righteous'., is safe against becoming ineffective and useless.

4. In another verse, the Holy Quran has been mentioned like this:

It is an unassailable Scripture. Falsehood cannot come at it from before it or behind it. (It is) a revelation from the Wise, the Owner of Praise (41:41-42)

It means that that gathering in which, the Holy Quran is being recited in dream or Muraqiba , Satan cannot enter that and such dream or Muraqiba is not satanic but it is divine. In short, the Holy Quran is a true yardstick for ascertaining the Haq and Baatil. It is an issue pertaining to Tasawvuf that Satan cannot take appearance of these three things in Inward as all these three are the fountainheads of Hidayat: First, Satan cannot copy the appearance of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam; second, Satan cannot take the form of the Holy Quran as well as any of its verse; third, Satan cannot copy the appearance of the Holy Ka'ba.

Hence, these different names of the Holy Quran are not futile and baseless but instead, as are its different names, as are its different kinds and as are different bodies of its recital and as are different tongues for reading it and as are different (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact), results and consequences of respective recitals.

Hence, if the Noble Quran becomes prominent in its original power and the electrical surge and current of the Noori Uncreated Electricity of the Essence of Utterance flows in it, then even the well-founded mountains shatter into pieces and sand in wake of its power and enormity. Thus, the Noor of the Holy Quran and its (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) depends upon the Subtleness and Purity of tongue. Maulana Room Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe addresses his Companion Pir Maulana Hasaam ud Din Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe in his Masnavi saying:

O Hasaam ud Din ! I swear to your enlightening and solid advice that sweetness of your words is such,

Which is causing that zeal and fervor in the inanimate stones even and these are clamoring to get it!

Same as at the times, when Hazrat Daud Alaihis-Salaam engaged in the chants of Hymns of the praise of Lord, due to the (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) of his voice, the inanimate mounts and insensible birds were impressed and inclined attentively to him and joined him in his chants of the Hymn of the praise of Lord as Allah Almighty says:

And remember Our bondman David, lord of might. Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (towards Allah). Lo! We subdued the hills to hymn the praises (of their Lord) with him at nightfall and sunrise. And the birds assembled; all were turning unto Him (38:17-18)

Hence, none can object to the sweetness and (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) of the Words and voice as incantation and charm is filled in the Word and the Speaking Power. Verily! Speaking power is magical. It has been observed at many occasions that many such kinds of words, spells and magic etcetera, crafted by the human beings themselves, have been found effective and useful in curing diseases and nullifying harm like biting of poisonous animals like snake, scorpion and mad dogs and for other mental and physical ailments exactly as was desired and irony is that the meanings of these words are not even known by their demonstrators. When they have just crammed the lines like a parrot and utter it as it is and those words give the attached (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) at once, then why would the Quran, which is the Rightful and Uncreated Noori Words of Allah Almighty, not give its (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact). There is no doubt that the Words of Allah bear (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) provided that these Words are spoken through a clean body and a pure tongue which has the electricity and power of the Uncreated Noor and if these Words are said in right way and at right occasion, its effect and application becomes effective and dominant on everything and every assignment.

Allah Almighty says: Had it been possible for a Lecture to cause the mountains to move, or the earth to torn asunder or the dead to speak, (this Quran would have done so). Nay, but Allah's is the whole command (13:31)
