He turned back toward me again and said 'I do not read in thoughts but instead read each word of the whole text of the Holy Quran'. Thus, there is possibility of reading the Holy Quran even in this way.

Once, a Dervish namely Muhammad Yaar reported me his own incident that he visited the blessed shrine of Hazrat Sultan-ul-Arifeen (Hazrat Sultan Bahu) May his secret be sanctified with this thing in mind that he had heard from people that the wish of the pilgrim of the Hazrat Sultan-ul-Arifeen (Hazrat Sultan Bahu) May his secret be sanctified with the intention of which he visits his blessed grave comes true. Thus, I humbly visited the blessed shrine with a wish in my heart that Hazrat Sultan Bahu May his secret be sanctifiedbless him with the honor of showing him his real appearance. The Dervish stayed there in this thought for many days but he was given that desired opportunity during his stay and he left the place in disappointment one afternoon and a thought came to his mind that this is just a false propaganda that Hazrat Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hazrat Sultan Bahu May his secret be sanctified reads the wish in heart of his pilgrim and fulfils that. At night, in his journey back to his home, he kept vigil (the nightlong) in a Masjid and saw in a dream that he was present there in the blessed shrine of Hazrat Sultan-ul-Arifeen (Hazrat Sultan Bahu) May his secret be sanctified and was preparing to leave that sacred place. He said in heart that before leaving, he should visit the blessed grave and then he should travel. When he entered the tomb palace, he saw that there was no grave but a single bed was laid there. When he approached near that bed, he saw that Hazrat Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hazrat Sultan Bahu May his secret be sanctified raised the veil from his blessed face and said that 'O Muhammad Yaar! See me! This was my visage in the world which you are seeing now'. Muhammad Yaar reported that he was totally an illiterate and unlettered person in the world but at the same instant he saw the blessed face of Hazrat Sultan Bahu May his secret be sanctified the Holy Quran initiated on his tongue and the Holy Quran was being read inside me in the way it is read by trained and educated Haafiz and he used to read that Quran in state of consciousness and senses in the condition of Istaghraaq and he also used to weep while doing this. Muhammad Yaar also reported this that the same condition of him lasted for many years and the more he attended towards the Inward, the more access he achieved to this invisible assignment and his Quran kept upon being read by him. In this connection, this Faqeer (Noor Muhammad Sarwari Qadiri Kulachvi Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe) also has a personal experience which will be included in the next pages of this book.

In short, this power and glory of the Holy Quran is still in operation and is in voyage and practice amongst the special persons of God. What will the ignorant dead-hearted and stupid people will know this unique marvel of the Holy Quran!

2. The second form of the Holy Quran that is mentioned is this that the carnal Impure (unholy) people cannot touch this Noori Latent Quran as Allah Almighty says:

That (this) in indeed a noble Quran. In a Book kept hidden. Which none touches save the purified (56:77-78-79)

That, the Impure (unholy) sensual people have no access to this Quran. In Arabic grammar, the word 'Laa Ya-massu-hu' has both the forms of present and future. That is, this Quran is not touched or will not be touched by anyone except who are purified. Hence, there is no form of negative that 'It should not be touched by Impure (unholy) person'.

3. It has come in Surah Abasa (80) that:

Nay, but verily it an Admonishment. So let whosoever will pay heed to it. On honored leaves. Exalted, purified, (set down) by scribes. Noble and righteous (80:11-12-13-14-15-16)

Here that Quran is not mentioned that the Jodh Singh and Sant Singh etcetera got manuscript by their impure hands and get it printed and sell in little price. But instead that is an exalted, purified and noble Scripture which has been scribed by the hands of pure and virtuous Angels. Thus, if the Holy Quran is a primordial and Uncreated text of Allah Almighty, then it's both primordial written and verbal forms should be existing and these are those primordial written and verbal forms, which have been mentioned in the previous verses. The Primordial Verbal Form of the Holy Quran is that, which come down in the marrow, that is, the Subtlety of Primordial Qalb and Ruh and is never forgotten by that person ever otherwise, those Persons who have preserved the Holy Quran in their bosom and minds and their brains are exposed to the business of the world, if they give up continuous reading and repeated reading (especially when one sits before them and hears their recital with a copy of Holy Quran in his hand), then the record of the Holy Quran is forgotten from their brains. Same to this, the Qurans copies published by (the impure means of) Jodh Singh and Sant Singh have become ineffective and useless.
