Hence, those conditions and laws are hereunder:

1. First condition is that the Seeker should be the one who speaks the truths and speaks justly and he should abstain from waspish speaking and should never ever tell a lie. Since according to: With truth have We sent it down (17:105). His word is the truth, and His will be the Sovereignty (6:73), the Word of Allah is the truth whereas lies are opposite to these Words of Revelations. Hence, if the Seeker will contaminate his tongue by telling lies, abuse of tongue in absurdities, disbelieving and backbiting and absurdity of every kind, then his tongue would not remain eligible to recite the Holy Quran and his recitation will not be able to generate any Noor.
2. Second condition is Akal Al Halaal. That is, the earnings of the Seeker of Haq should be Halaal and his food and nourishment should be pure and clean. Since that person, whose body, flesh and blood is grown on Haraam food, the Noor of the Holy Quran cannot diffuse in it and no Amal done by such person is Accepted.
3. Body, skin, clothes and the place where recitation of the Holy Quran is done should be pure. If possible, the body and that place should be kept scented with a scent, Incent and flowers as the Subtle Invisible Creature inclines towards fragrance and dislikes bad smells. He should abstain from hookah, niswar (crushed green leaves of tobacco and some additives), uncooked onions and garlic etcetera and other such malodorous things.
4. If he also observes abstinence for the Jalaali and Jamaali and gives up animals, it would also be better. That is, he should abstain from the blood, meat, milk, Ghee, curd and Chaach etcetera because that food, from which the smell of blood and unkindness (cruelty) comes, the Muakalaat hate it.
5. The place of stationing and fixed time has also been declared essential for this. That is, one should recite the Words of Revelation of God Almighty at a certain place and at certain fixed time until he receives the Zakaat of Words and the implementation of Amal is accomplished. That is, the time, the Aamil reads the Words, the Muakalaat come near the Aamil (habitually) in routine at the fixed time and fixed place of recitation for getting their special food and for becoming happy. If the place of reading and the time of reading are changed, the Muakalaat feel it difficult to come before the Aamil and, at times, they mind it and part from him after becoming unhappy and give up visiting the Aamil .

Its example is like that person, who in order to catch fish, drops some food (bait) at a particular site of the pond and at a certain time. The fish become accustomed to that place and time and gather that place in order to get the food. Moreover, in this way more fish join this group and in case, the place and time of their food is changed often, they feel trouble to get their food. Same is the condition of these Invisible Muakalaat.

6. One should read and repeat the words of the Holy Quran and the Zikr of Allah through tongue. Iteration of the words of the Holy Quran again and again is like a rubbing which gives birth to the Electricity of the Noor and the Holy Quran starts moving to Inwardly organs like Qalb and Ruh etcetera and the heart starts uttering the words of the Holy Quran in wake of one's verbal utterance of the Words in a way as a kid starts uttering words due to his mother's repetitive utterance! That is why the Aamileen have set certain times to read every Word in order to get necessary repeats and iterations which are referred to like the Terms of Zakaat, Nisaab , Buzl , Qufal , Kaleed and Dur-Maddoor .
7. ? It is essential to bear trust in the Holy Quran in order to make one's body and soul agreeable to the Noor of the Quran. That is, believing the Holy Quran to be the true Word of Allah Almighty and bearing Eimaan on it with true heart is compulsory.

That person, who recites the Holy Quran with aforementioned conditions, there lasts no hurdle in Illuminating his heart and brain through the Noor of the Holy Quran and the Amal of the Holy Quran is initiated by him. The course of the implementation of the Noor of the Holy Quran from the Powerhouse of the Quran becomes clear.

Now comes the major and vital condition, that is, creating an Inwardly link and the Invisible relation with some such Kaamil Aamil , who already has a Connection with the Noori Powerhouse of Allah Almighty and His Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. This is also called the Ijazat (authorization) and Izan (permission) for the Word. Moreover, it is also remembered as the Link with the Shaikh. In order words, with the above-mentioned seven conditions, the path for the flow of the Inwardly Current becomes clear and the cables, poles and bulbs of electricity get installed on the way leading to his body and with the implementation of the last condition, the Surge of the Noorani Electricity starts flowing there by virtue of establishing the Connection with the Powerhouse and the bulbs of the heart, brain and the entire body become lighted.
