[KINDS OF MURSHID
AND THAT, 'BEING MURSHID' IS NOT EASY] Be enlightened that Murshideen
(Qadiris) are of three kinds: 1. The Murshid-e-Kaamil.
[Who] is [the source] of mercy [for cause of the Seeker]. 2. The Murshid-e-Naqis
(Imperfect Guide). [Who] is [the source] of trouble [for cause the
Seeker]. 3. The Murshid-e-Khaam (Incomplete Guide). He is [totally]
a curse. That Murshid, who leads in successfully
reaching up to the entirety [of the worldly Maratib], he [is as
if] takes (him) to the Martaba of Pharaoh through such entirety
of the world and that Murshid, who leads in successfully reaching up to
the Marifat of Lord [It is found that] 'Being Murshid' is
not easy task, but instead, in the positions of Murshid and the
Seeker
is a Secret of the great Mysteries of Allah
Almighty BAYT (COUPLET) O Roshan-Zamir!
I tell you, listen [attentively], That, the seeker
of Dunya
(World) can never be a Faqeer! [THE JEALOUS AGAINST AND
THE ENEMY OF THE QADIRI
(SUFI) ORDER] And the enemy of the Qadiri
(Sufi)
Order is not without three [evil] philosophies: 
completely, thus that [Seeker]
reaches up to the entirety (and perfection) of the Marifat
of
Lord. The Martaba of Faqar is
of Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
[and] that Murshid, who neither leads
to successfully excel in the worldly Maratib, which is a source
of cursedness, nor does he lead to successfully reach up to the entirety
of the Marifat
of Lord, which is the Secret of the absolute
Mercy of Lord; he is not [the Real] Murshid.
because 'the
Murshid' is the outcome of the Marifat
of Lord
and the Faqar of the Prophets and Aulia-Allah and
this highest blessing and bestowment of Allah
Almighty is
not granted to any Sifli incompetent Seeker
of the sordid Dunya
(World) except
the [True] Seekers of Lord and the Aulia-Allah who, [in real
terms], deserve it.
