Lo! Taste to the Arif-Bi-Allah
the Sahib e Kul (Master of Everything) is also through the Zaat
e Kul (Essence of Everything). [O Real-Seeker!] Be
illuminated that four Tastes are the Part (Juzve), which keep one
barred from the Tastes of the Total (Kull): 1.
First
Taste: the Taste of different kinds of tasty fatty meals and sweet
dishes 2.
Second
Taste: the Taste of sexual intercourse with woman (copulation) 3.
Third
Taste: the Taste of kingly governance, which is the taste of Dunya
(World) all over 4.
Fourth
Taste: the Taste of continued study of Ilm All these Tastes are
equal. (You) spent your entire life in the study of the good and bad but alas
for thousands of times that you did not become acquainted with the Marifat,
Mushahida
of the Noor
of Hazoor, Tajalliyaat
of the Essence
(Zaat) and the Qurb
of God O silly Aalim! You will be
too much grieved thousands of times for not having attained the Marifat
of God and will take cold sighs, will say Ah! Ah! and will repent over a lot!
[Therefore, this is better that] you should search a Murshid-e-Kaamil
and make him the companion of the Course who should restrain
you against devilish sins and wrongdoing. That body in which the Taste
of the Marifat of Lord HADIS (Saying of the
Holy Prophet of Allah Tark of Dunya
(World) is the climax of all worships and Liking for Dunya
(World) is
the origin of every transgression. Demand
Allah
Almighty 
.
has come, from that body all the four Tastes
leave. Later on, it is found that the Taste of the Marifat of
God is such a Taste by which comfort is gained by your dear Ruh
and the indiscrete Nafs becomes dead [against its carnal desires].
That is why [the Outwardly] Ilm has been said a big Hijaab
for the Marifat of Lord. That is, everything that is contrary to Ilm,
is all Hijaab whereas the genuineness (and devotion) with Ilm is
the face entirely (endways). Hence, it is pronounced by his highness the
Ilm that one should kill the Nafs-e-Ammara and Satan
should be believed as your enemy.
You should not become the host of Satan
and give up Dunya (World).

Real Marifat is received from the Murshid Waasil with Haq.
