[MURSHID-E-KAAMIL IS THE MASTER OF HAZOOR]

Murshid is he, who is the Master of Hazoor, not the seeker of Dunya (World) nor of Paradise and Houries [as, such a person is not Murshid but] a hireling!

[O True-Seeker] Lo! The Kaamil and Mukammil Murshid is called that person, who if decides to subject him to Riyazat, then it will be for Forty Chillas, or Twenty Chillas, or Ten Chillas, or Five Chillas or Two Chillas or One Chilla or Twenty days or Ten days or Five Days. On the other hand, if he decides to condescend (with complaisance) and favor, he helps him to traverse all the Stations and Destinations within a trice and takes him from the outset to the end and after showing him everything, enters him in the extraordinary Majlis of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam! Therefore, the ascension of the Course is got in the Inward (and) not in Istadraaj. Zikr is that, which is 'Muakal (appointed)' on the Zaakir. Such Zikr surely becomes Current (involuntarily) and Fikr is that, over which, the Zaakir is Muakal. The Ishq of Tauheed is that, which is Muakal over him and that much Hankering (with curiosity) should generate by it that nothing besides Lord should be seen by him in slumber as well as in wakefulness!

[O Real-Seeker] be informed that [real] Ilm is a Word and that very Word, which is the most majestic in the rest, is sufficient for you in Both-the-Worlds. Which Word is it? [O True-Seeker] Lo! Besides the Name Allah, saying the name of any other thing is Haraam.

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

Ilm is a Nukta in the Nukaat and its plethora is for the Jaahil.

The Ilm should be followed by practice, not that which is trouble; Ilm of Perfection is required, not the Ilm of the Jaahil; the Ilm of Wisaal is needed, not of the bad standards.

BAYT (COUPLET)

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe whether you learn the Ilm of grammar and syntax or the Fiqah and Principles,

These all are the ignorance and neglectfulness, the original Ilm is of availing Didaar.

[O Real-Seeker] Be informed well that the Faqeer is imparted Ilm from Allah Almighty.
