Is faced, however, on this Course
human being is required. HADIS-E-QUDSI (Saying
of Allah Many donkeys have
also been created in the appearance of the human being. Lo! Nafs is like a Kaafir. Hence,
if the companion of the Kaafir, exercises austerity, pietism,
offers Assalaat (Prayers) and observes Fasting and recites the
Holy Quran, then the Kaafir also does not create problem. However, when
the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb is recited near the Kaafir or the Zikr is
done in Jehr (aloud), the Kaafir gets
irritated. In many instances it leaves his companionship. [OPPOSITION OF THE
NAFS-E-AMMARA] Thus, the Masters of Ilm are
not the adversaries of Nafs; but instead are the People of
genuineness (and devotion) with Nafs. Allah Almighty [CONFOUNDING AFFAIRS
FOR THE SEEKER] The Station of the Seeker
of God
is the Ghairat
e Uns (accustom to zeal) 
reported by the Holy

Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam

says: Enjoin you righteousness on mankind
and while you yourself forget (to practice that)? And you are readers of the
Scripture! Have you then no sense. (2:44)
, the Station
of Hairat, greed and the Station
of
Hairat
Fanaa. Therefore! [O True-Seeker] Be enlightened that the Hairat
of Shirk
etcetera
arise due to the dominance of the contamination (Kasaafat) and eating Haraam
morsel of food. [In such condition,] the Kaamil killing of Nafs
is recommended through the Zikr that is, the sacred Darood should
be read and Istaghfaar of God should be begged in abundance. And
the Hairat of Tauheed is the outcome of the Hankering (with
curiosity) of Didaar and the domination of the Ishq and Muhabbat.
The cure for this is the scorching of Hazoor. And the Hairat of
the ego is from the Station of Anaa
. This is produced because of jealousy.
Its treatment is seeking a lot of Istaghfaar. And the Hairat of
the fond (Uns) arises from the Station of Mahbubiyat
of his highness the Overlord of World Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee
Wa-sallam
. [In such condition,]
it is a must that the Muraqiba should be exercised very much so
that the neglectfulness may leave the body of the Seeker.
And the Hairat of the Greed is from the Station of Khannas
Khartoum. Its remedy is this that the Majlis of the People-of-Allah
(Ahl-e-Allah) must be joined and (one should) see the People-of-Graves
(Ahl e Qaboor) so that, through the lesson of death, the
Darkness of his heart can be dispelled.
