This '(universal) power (for every matter)' is realized in the heart of the Kaamil Arif but on the heart of a common dead hearted sensual being, the (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) of this '(universal) power (for every matter)' is nil. Allah Almighty has revealed on every human being with a new '(universal) power (for every matter)' and Caliber.

That is the reason that there exists so much variation of color and smell.

O You are sending Tajalli on the Toor of heart every moment,

Seeker of Didaar is a Moses on every nook and corner,

His earnest request was only this before the Master of Azal ,

Send every moment a new Tajalli on my heart until Abad .

It should remain clear that, on the Day of Azal , Allah Almighty addressed the Realm of Arwah (Spirits) and said 'Alastu-Be-Rabbikum, that is, Am I not your Lord (7:172)'. Allah said unanimously in one voice 'Balaa (Said: Yes!)'! That was an oral test. Later, Allah Almighty let them sit in the Examination Hall (of the world) and asked them questions of His Oluhiyyat and Rabubiyat on the pages of matter and since, on the Day of Azal , Allah Almighty had sent the Tajalli of his Rabubiyat and Oluhiyyat on the Spirits, thus the soil of Abudiyat of the Spirits in the world turned intoxicated by the Juice of Rabubiyat and the Wine of Oluhiyyat.

Last day I saw Angels opening the pub,

Who made a goblet with the kneaded clay of Adam,

Even heavens had shrunk from bearing the Trust,

And this was drawn on this crazy to bear!

Many tyrants and more Jaahil human beings, when they saw the primordial shade inside their fresh bulk of soil, they started taking pride on Rabubiyat and Oluhiyyat and after getting caught up in the whirlpool of self-conceit and Self-conceit, they turned unmindful for their Lord. They realized their idol of the Nafs and the sensual material deities of worship but deleted the Rabubiyat and Oluhiyyat of their Real Provider Allah Almighty and went astray even after reciting the Kalimah. These were known as Mahjoob (veiled) and Maghzoob (who earn Allah's anger). All those, who are heedless against Allah Almighty and are the sinners, are included in this folk and they have a big majority in the world and all these people are 'Fail' in this big and powerful Examination (and Test) given by Allah Almighty.
