This
is first obligation on the Seeker
of Allah
that he should find Murshid-e-Kaamil
wherever available and make him fatherly attentive unto him by his dedicated
service. He* is Murshid-e-Kaamil
that he first Inwardly
gives the unlimited
Tasarruf
of Dunya
(World) to the Seeker
and second makes him successful unto
the Degrees of Uqba
like Houris
and Eden and Spring and in the third Martaba
,
he inclines the Seeker
unto Allah
Almighty and makes him attentive unto Him and
Drowns
into the Anwaar
and the honor of Didaar
. The Murshid
Arif-Bi-Allah
Nazzaar makes the True-Seeker
able to utilize these three Maratib
in three
days. The
Faqeer
the People of Tauheed
has the Key
of the biggest religious and worldly
needs and toughest affairs. Even if he wills, can promote a poor beggar to the
throne of the Seven Continents or dismisses one from the office of king. There
are miscellaneous Ways with the Masters of Inward
in order to find the
conditions of the Past, Present and Future of the Ilm
of the Invisible (and the
Unseen) through Tawajuh
. Some do this by Assalaat
(Prayers) of Istikhara
,
some by the Visualization
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence

is not given to the capricious one,
Destiny does not give the Ache of the heart of moth to a housefly,
Long times of Lives is needed for the Wisaal
of the Friend, This
infinite and eternal fortune is not given to everyone! *The
Murshid-e-Kaamil
grants incalculable Tasarruf
of Dunya
(World) and wealth (to
the Seeker
of Allah) in the very first day so that a feeling of Istaghna
(independence) and self-contentedness unto Dunya
(World) should come forth in
his heart. Unless the heart of the Seeker
becomes full by Dunya
and wealth of
world, he does not abnegate it. Until the Seeker
remains Outwardly
needy and
Inwardly
poor, he remains in Demand
of Dunya
(World). He is desirous for the
taste of world but when these things come in his Tasarruf
, the value and worth
of these things diminish in his eyes and he does not love them. Waywardness and
reality of Dunya
(World) becomes clear unto him. When the Seeker
has crossed
this level, he is introduced with the bounty of Uqba
and is made aware of the
tastes of the Garden, Houris
