Fazalul Laqa

Even a Lowly Imperfect Mureed of the Pir Dastgeer Hazrat Shah Muhyiddeen Shaikh Abdul-Qadir-Jelaani Qaddas-Allahu Sirru-hul Aziz, who is of the Progeny of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and the Race of Hazrat Ali Alaihis-Salaam, has superiority over a Ghaus as he always remains present before [his] Pir Dastgeer Hazrat Shah Muhyiddeen Shaikh Abdul-Qadir-Jelaani Qaddas-Allahu Sirru-hul Aziz and remains under his kind focus.

BAYT (COUPLET)

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! You have become the dust of the feet of his [Hazrat Ghaus ul Azam] servants and have become their Mureed,

And the sacred dust of their feet is the Surma that brightens your eyes.

A dog is better than a Mudaee (adversary claimant), insincere, disrespectful, disloyal and dissolute Seeker. That Mureed, who keeps love for carrion Dunya (World), he remains carcass in the Demand of the Marifat of Lord.

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

Dunya (World) is [totally] a spurious deception, which cannot be got without spurious trickery.

Such [worldly person] stays deprived of the Marifat and Qurb of Lord and Hazoor.

BAYT (COUPLET)

If the Seeker Demands the visage of the Murshid,

Murshid shows him the Mushahida of the Noor of the Provider through his visage.

These Maratib are the lowly Maratib of the Fanaa-Fi-Shaikh (Destroyed in Shaikh) Dervish.

Patronage (and shelter) of the [Kaamil] Dervish dressed in worn out shirt with torn sleeves,

Proves better a helper and safer than the strong and lofty fortresses (of Alexander).
