MASNAVI (COUPLETS OF GREAT SPIRITUAL MEANINGS)

The [Real] Qalb is, but, a Noor, which is free of dispute of ifs and buts (Chun-O-Chara),

He, who's Qalb is dominant; his Nafs becomes dead and abject,

When the Qalb (centre) has achieved dominance on the Qaalib (Outer),

He is left with no need of any person and his heart becomes careless (with Self-Sufficiency) and Ghani.

The original Qalb is free of flesh, fats, greed, and desire,

It is, but, in the mid of the two fingers of the Ability of Lord , that is, it desires nothing without His will and wish, (and) it always remains pleased in pleasure of Lord,

That exerciser of the Habs-e-Damm, who says [this] that the Qalb is in "Habs",

Then exercising Habs for the sake of the Hazoori of Lord is the approach of the People of "Abs" (useless),

There is not "counting of breaths" in the Zikr-e-Qalbi,

These [exercisers of Habs-e-Damm] are the likeness of dogs as compared to the Masters Qalb Qulzum [ocean],

The [Truthful] Qalb is a wrath for the [evil] Nafs and it shows accord with Ruh,

And he who is of the People of Nifaaq (Discard), how can he understand the Reality of the [True] Qalb,

The People of Taqleed is the Seeker of sordid Dunya (World),

[He, copying others,] remains himself indulged in carnal desires, publicizing and yelling and dispute of ifs and buts (Chun-O-Chara) of the Nafs,

The Qadiri Faqeer is the one, who has given up Dunya (World) and has got rid of it,

He remains the associate (ham dam), Ham Nafs and the companion of the his highness the Noble Prophet Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam,

He, who does not believe in this, he is black faced,

The Qadiri [Dervish] always remains inside the Qurb of Lord.
